Shout out to Joe Zhuo for helping me with the purchase of our new Crosstrek! The whole process wouldn’t go so well without Joe. He was very helpful, patient, and his advice was always in our best interest. Also thanks delivery specialist for going through each feature of the car. Willowdale Subaru is a great dealership. Alina was extremely helpful in the sales process, however this dealership would not sell the vehicle for MSRP. They would not accept cash and were only willing to sell via finance/lease and they also added mandatory packages like an extended warranty which would cost the customer an extra $3000. All of these conditions for the vehicle I wanted were not disclosed to me over the phone and I only found out when I showed up in person and sat down with the sales rep. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as it is likely that the sales rep did not have the full details until she asked her manager, but these are important details that they should have been transparent about over the phone.I could tell Alina pushed hard to the management team to get us a deal where we can meet in the middle. I was ready and excited to sign that day if they had been more reasonable and I could tell that Alina really tried to work with me on getting a deal signed. Unfortunately the sales manager wouldn't budge at all, so I thanked Alina for her time and walked out. She was polite and courteous the entire time I was there. If the review was only for her, I would be leaving her 5 stars.I am a loyal Subaru customer but dealerships like this one have shown their true colours ever since the supply chain shortage started. If they are okay with losing a potential customer forever just to make like $1500 more on a sale, then I am okay with it too. They have this attitude because they know someone else will come in and pay over MSRP. Just because it is currently a sellers' market due to the inventory shortage, does not mean that it is acceptable to bait customers into coming inside the dealership and only then telling them about the additional fees and conditions of the sale - this is a clear display of disrespect for other people's time and effort. I will not be returning to this dealership at all in the future because of the way they do business with their customers.

We booked a 2023 Subaru in Oct 2022 and we were told we would get the 2024 instead. We are extremely happy about the car and the upgrade. The Willowdale Subaru dealership was a pleasure to work with. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and knowledge, guiding me through the car-buying process with patience and expertise.Shadi who was our sales rep showed exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction and it was evident from the moment I walked in, and I was impressed by her attention to detail and willingness to address all my questions and concerns including keeping us up to date on the progress over a period of 9 months.I would like to give a special shout-out to Manager, Maya Ghaderi. She went above and beyond to ensure that our car-buying experience was seamless and enjoyable during the paperwork, registration and pick up process. Maya took the time to understand our needs and preferences, helping us make an informed decision and her knowledge of the options, packages and add-ons we needed for our situation. When we had questions or concerns they were addressed to our satisfaction. Her friendly and personable demeanor made the entire process stress-free.I highly recommend this dealership and the crew for your car purchase.

I loved my car Subaru outback 2021, after drove 6 months,I moved to Cayman islands to work . After a year I made a hard decision that I have to return the leases or transfer to other people. The staff at Subaru willowdale is very friendly,her name is Grace Long, a Beautiful Chinese women with a warm heart . She consider of my benefits and try to help me, so I was able to return my car back to the dealer without penalties. I appreciate that the manager and Grace help me out from the 4 years lease , and I am able to free myself no worries anymore, I will definitely stick with them in the future, and I love the car Subaru!

I have bought, and serviced my cars from Willowdale Subaru for the past decade. I think their entire staff is top notch from the sales team out front, to the service team in the back of the building.Their service team identified parts of my car that were covered under a recall warranty that saved me thousands of dollars.Their courtesy shuttle will drop you off at work, or home when you leave your car for service.Recently, I purchased another Subaru from them. I worked with Teresa Sisi, and she was excellent! She listened to my needs, was prompt with follow-up, and was overall a pleasure to deal with. Her sales manager Darin was down to earth, and didn't push a hard sale. Her finance manager Rubie was great to deal with, and made sure that I understood all of the financial details.Top marks for the whole team at Willowdale Subaru. I love my new car.
