It's not often a guy who has a fear of needles or dentists will write a positive review of a Periodontal office. After all, I usually hate dentists and anyone else who has sharp instruments in my mouth. But, Dr. Andrea Hsu at the All Smiles Ahead office made me think again. Dr. Hsu is fantastic, knowledgeable, experienced and above all, extremely caring and helps alleviate your fears. Dr. Hsu was responsible for completing a very complex replacement for a failed implant. She was very kind and thoughtful and made sure I understood what was going to happen and fully explained the procedure. Needless to say, all went very well. Thanks very much to Dr Shu and the team.

Dr. Hsu and her office staff were extremely professional and responsive throughout my periodontal surgery consultant, surgery and post operation appointments. They were always available for my questions and even booked an emergency check up at no cost. I would highly recommend this periodontist as Dr. Hsu completes very thorough work while ensuring your maximized comfort. Be sure that you are able to pay up front and be reimbursed if your insurance covers the surgery as they don’t deal directly with insurers. Overall a great experience with Dr. Hsu and her team! Dr. Hsu and her team were extremely knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented over the three years (2019-2021) that I was a patient with them.In that time, I received 3 gum grafts and a cleaning, all of which were executed with precision and skill. My grafts have healed well and have stayed well ever since. I am very satisfied overall with the results of my procedures and experience as a patient.I would 100% recommend Dr. Hsu for anyone who needs top-notch periodontics expertise and service.

I have been seeing Dr. Hsu since 2012. Even though she moved to Toronto in 2016 I still drive from Montreal to see her. That's how good she is and how much I trust her. She is a caring and meticulous periodontist. She takes her time to explain the procedure and treatment plan. She really cares about her patients. I had a gum graft done by her recently and I didn't even need to take any painkillers. Her team is also excellent. Natalie is the best hygienist I ever met. She is gentle, efficient and knows her job very well.
