Dreamworld Pools Inc

This is the worst pool company in Barrie. Dave the owner has the worst customer service and attitude if he isn't installing a pool. He has been charging us for opening our pool when in fact he didn't use the proper chemicals needed but said that he did. Took the water to be tested only to be informed of this. $375.00 to Dave for flipping a switch. Then we had a problem with our heater. He gave us 5 different reasons as to why it wasn't working but it was the same problem every time. Charged us 5 times but never came out to fix the problem. Then he sent an unlicensed gas fitter to our home, charged us $50.00 cash and never came back to fix the problem even after we left 4 messages. He is a scam!!! He never shows up or calls when he says he will and when he does he tell you how to fix the problem and then leaves so when you call him back because you can't get working, he charges you again. I would never recommend this company. KOHO pools or Pioneer Pools have been very helpful unlike Dave and Dream World Pools.
