The Stairlift Guy

Robbie came recommend by a friend and we honestly can't say enough about how compassionate & professional he was. He was prompt at the initial request and arrived as scheduled. In about 2 hours, he installed a previously enjoyed Stairlift & gave us a tutorial. The unit worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. Sadly, we lost our Mom within a short time. Robbie came back to remove the stair lift so that someone else can have the safety of remaining in their own home without a huge investment. Give Robbie a call if you are looking at installing a Stair Lift, it doesn't have to be brand new to give you or your family peace of mind regarding your safety!Highly recommend Robbie & his service!

Wow! I know as you read these 5 star reviews you may not believe them. Believe it! These guys are fantastic!My mom needed a stairlift that would give her access to her basement. Rob and his team were excellent at communicating, quoting a great price, coming out and installing the stairlift.My mom loved the stairlift so much that we called them back to extend the rail to the 2nd floor. Watching my mom regain her independence was heart melting. We are so thankful to The Stairlift Guy (s) for making this happen. Rob and his team are THE GUYS you need to contact if you're considering a stairlift.Keep doing what you're doing guys, it's more important than you know.Thanks again!

Who would have thought we could get a used, curved, less-than-a-year-old Acorn stairlift installed within days of our initial call with Rob, the Stairlift Guy? Rob was super easy and open to work with. We sent him a few pics of our staircase and really wanted to have that overhang/wraparound at the top of the stairs. He told us he had the tracks that would be at least a 90% fit and would set up the tracks to ensure the fit, before making any holes in our staircase.As you can see from the pics, the tracks fit the curve of our staircase really well. He came out with Will and installed and tested the lift within a couple of hours. These guys, really know their stuff and are a pleasure to work with, especially if you don't want to wait over two months and pay full price for a new custom install. I highly recommend them!

We found Stairlift Guy on Goggle Saturday morning. No one else called us back.Rob was fantastic at getting back to us to fix stairlift. Walked us through how to do it over the phone. Amazing service. Would use again.

I have been meaning to write this for quite some time! We were looking for someone to install our stairlift for my mother and was getting no where for weeks (calls not being returned, etc.). We were given Rob's name The Stairlift Guy from a Buy & Sell Group and I contacted him. He responded immediately, was out the next day to install, had it done in a very timely manner, explained how it all worked, cleaned up the area he worked in and his pricing was fantastic! We were extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Rob at The Stairlift Guy! Highly recommended!!

My mom had a stroke and it was a rough time. We had a few estimates for new lifts and it was a big burden. Than someone recommended Rob the stairlift guy. Gave us a solid price for good quality used lift. Then we got a gov reimbursement. It made things affordable at a time we were vulnerable.It was a used lift but any problems were fixed. We thought there was a battery issue and rob cam by replaced it. It turned out a few months later it was a short in the foot rest. He replaced the foot restIt was all done at no cost. And same day service anytime the lift was down. We had it two days but it was back up running the same dayI called the company for a service at it was 400$. Way too much. Rob or his worker are always available so they dont leave u hanging while they take vacationThere number one concern is to get us up and running. I asked him all the time if i owe he says no. The guy stands by his product, amazing customer service.Not to say he his free. But rather he is reasonable and stands by his product even with an understanding that sometimes used instals may need some minor fixes.Its fixed now and its been running perfect and flawless. Period very low hassle and rob genuinely cares for his clients. Thank you rob. You are amazing

Initially, I was skeptical about using a used stair lift with limited warranty, but The Stair Lift Guy" proved me wrong. Rob

I needed to have a stairlift installed for my parents as soon as possible. Rob was able to meet me within a couple of days and was able to installed a previously owned chair lift the very next day. Amazing service and price. The install was fast and they stayed around to answer all of my parents questions and to make sure that they were safe on the lift. Can't say enough how much peace of mind this gives me.

RobI just want to thank you for installing the lift so quickly. It was an ENORMOUS relief to bring my husband home from the hospital Monday and have him go safely upstairs. He has used the lift to easily go downstairs to see family and not feel isolated while he recovers.

Our stairlift stopped working when we wanted to bring our mother downstairs on a Saturday morning.Robbie was really helpful, professional and extremely honest. He has good knowledge and experience of starelifts. He was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. I would Highly recommend Robbie over these larger companies and other contractors.
