It is your basic burger joint. The staff are efficient and friendly enough.The location is great and they are open 24 hours. What is good about the location is it is steps off of Robson, in the financial district, close to downtown - basically convenient to get to from many areas. So those late nighters can always find a good burger before heading home.Good selection, and what I like is A&W really pushes local ingredients, so that is a great thing in my book! Let's save the planet and our own economy, more local foods mean better food security for Canadians.One suggestion, please replace the A&W sign lights, it is burnt out and the place looks shuttered from afar.

We loved coming here on our trip to Vancouver. Shiv and Sophia on their staff were so kind, caring to our family with three small kids. The service was incredible and food was amazing! We highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing experience

Ordered take out (sausage and egger combo) and once I got back to the office. I realize the hash brown was missing. It's quite cold and there's snow on the ground so I decided not to walk back for the hash brown. Then I eat my breakfast sandwich and it was dripping oil.Oh not to mention I was not asked whether which bun I want, and I was not given any napkins for the take out.

Found this cute restaurant right around the corner from my hotel. Such a nice setup, super friendly staff (especially Viyapak), and my son said it was the Best burger he has ever had! We will definitely visit again before we go back to the US!

The best A&W in existence. Food is always top notch but the service is unbelievable. Shiv and Sagar Viyapak are the kindest and most thoughtful people I have ever encountered in any food service establishment. They made me onion rings when it was still breakfast and didn’t give me any grief or attitude. Best vibes ever!!!!

The service here is always quick, food is fresh. The employees are extremely nice, I was served by Viyapack Shiv today and would recommend. Her smile is beautiful as well :)

Excellent breakfast food and even more amazing customer service. A big shout out to Harman, Shiv, Sagar and Sofia who always make it a point to greet me by name and go above and beyond everytime. These wonderful staff members and the consistent quality of their food is what keeps me coming back here everytime! Thankyou for all you do!Update: Google wouldn't let me write another review but Viyapak was absolutely brilliant! Excellent customer service and a welcoming smile :) This place is more than just a fast food restaurant.

This location in Downtown Vancouver is 24/7. Nice location, usually it’s not very busy. Their service is pretty good and fast.
