We woke up one morning to the kitchen/dining room ceiling raining down on us. Our pipe leak had seeped through the ground floor and into the basement. Being first time home owners, we didn't know who to contact but Eastern Ottawa Plumbing had shown up in our quick search and I was impressed with the positive five star reviews. I was happy we had chosen to call Eastern Ottawa Plumbing as Rob was fantastic from the beginning to the end. Rob was able to see us first thing in the morning, which was a huge relief. He found the source of our pipe leak on the second floor really fast and was able to patch up the work with quality and care. He made sure to communicate with us at every step of the issue in explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. We really appreciated his professionalism and how he saved us from a nightmare of a day.Thank you once again Rob!

We sent out a few emails requesting a repair needed for the flange under our toilet. Rob was quick to respond, was very clear in what was required for the repair and gave a fair quote via email that was exactly what we were charged upon the completion of the repair. Rob at Eastern Ottawa Plumbing was quick to respond and believe me, I sent about 7 emails and each time, he answered in a manner that was easy for both my husband and I to understand. His price was more than reasonable and he came the very next day. We had a new tap installed and an under the counter water filter. Rob is professional and a fantastic worker. We are so so happy with his work and will highly recommend him to all our family and their friends.

So I contacted them for a dishwasher plumbing. Just so that it'd be ready for installation. He went above and beyond to not only do the plumbing but the installation too and also level it so that it'd be easy to remove it too! Amazing work, I'm really happy I contacted them for this job and I'm planning to contact them for any future work I may need. I highly recommend them.

I'm doing a huge bathroom renovation and rob spent about 2 and half days doing all the work needed and when I say this man was amazing is an understatement. I was an am so impressed. We reached out to a few plumbers to get a quote for our job (to re-route our plumbing in our powder room a few feet) and most of them gave us ridiculous quotes that didn't make it seem worth it.When Rob came to give us a quote he was very professional, very friendly, transparent and best of all gave us a very reasonable and within our expectations quote for the type of work we wanted done. He walked us through everything and answered any questions we had, made us feel very comfortable and gave us options.He did a great job - we will 100% be using him again for our future plumbing needs!!

Contacted Rob to help figure out why my outdoor hose faucets weren't working. Described to him the situation and he knew exactly what was wrong, and came the next day to fix the problem. He was very upfront about pricing, and rates were very reasonable. He worked quickly and showed me how to prevent the hose bib from freezing in the future -- which I really appreciated. Will definitely use him again for plumbing issues!

I called Eastern Ontario Plumbing for 2 plumbing issues recently.  Rob was very helpful and came promptly the next day, equipped with what was needed for the repairs.  Both repairs were made efficiently and carefully, and the bill was very reasonable.  I will call again for any future issues and will recommend him to my neighbours.
