Greatest selection of decks and clothing. Love the employees they are super helpful and very fun. Jay was a huge help as always definitely the coolest guy I’ve meet. If your looking for only the best you gotta come here. It’s great for any kind of skater from beginner to pro.

Awesome experience! My son had a great time building his board with Jacob, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate my son through the process so he knows how to build his own next time. Thanks Jacob!

When i walked in the two teens working at the counter said hello I said hi back there was a short moment of How are you’s and awkwardness but then the teens turned too each other and laughed while looking at me. Was not sure what the context was but either way i felt judged and not welcome.Costumer service here could improve by al lot for sure. Otherwise they have a good selection of products.

I haven't had the best experiences here, don't expect staff to go out of their way to say 'Hi' to you or approach to assist. You may get a head nod, though staff do have group chats by the check out desk or never the skate counter. Crooks & Castles is one of the most popular brands they carry, you'll see Thrasher hoodies, Vans shoes, Champion tees and Nike SB.

I had really fantastic customer service!!! The guy that helped me was named Logan. He went above and beyond to find my item , even calling his manager. I heard him mention that he was already off his shift for the day, but never made me feel like he was rushing to get me out of there. He could have passed me on to someone else. Instead, he offered to get it shipped to my home for free as per their policy which is awesome. He even wrote a nice comment on my invoice! Definitely the best service I've ever gotten at the mall! P.s It only took two days to get to my house!

Large store - in which you will not be helped. We visited the store and asked for help several times, they answered - and after a second they left in the other direction, or chatted with colleagues. Almost all heavy merchandise like skateboards is on high shelves, and you can't get it without help.We went and bought a skateboard from another store where people were happy to help us.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. They have three fitting rooms so there isn't ever a long wait to try things on. Often have good clothing sales. Lots of options for skateboard decks, wheels and ground tape.
