Terrible customer service. Submitted a request online and no answer after a week (there website says approx 8 hours). Messaged them on facebook and they replied and told me to submit an online request to which i replied that i already had (they did not answer). So i submitted another online request through the website. Again a week goes by and no response. Messaged them on facebook again and my message was read but completely ignored for over a week now. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
