I have used OnSite Geeks on two occasions and both times very satisfied. This last time I tried to load data from Windows 10 to MacBook Air that I recently purchased and it was a disaster. Called OnSite and they came to my home but did have to take hardware back to their shop. They brought the MacBook Air back properly set up and made sure I understood how to get started I T Specialist was Sahil Benipal who was very patient and knowledgeable. I am a senior who has little tech knowledge and he was great. Highly recommend.

I have dealt twice with Satinder and his very professional staff at Onsite Geeks. In March 2019, I had an issue with the fan in my desktop overheating. One of the technicians picked up my machine at home, promptly I may add when the appointment was booked, delivered back to me a week later. Very satisfied with the work completed. Beginning of 2020, unfortunately I had a short circuit in the motherboard of the same machine, possibly a power surge as they advised me, their solution was to set me up with a refurbished system. As my desktop was older, this seemed a reasonable way to deal with it, very happy with everything they did. Great service, I would highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service from this company. Came to my home 1 hour after I called and discovered the problem being the fan inside my computer and repair was done the same day. Also checked for any virus' as well as my ensured my back up system was working well. Then worked on my scanner problem and fixed it very easily.I would definitely recommend them .

Had my laptop repaired here. Took longer than I was told to get the parts. When they did show up for the parts were defective and they had to order new ones. I had to keep calling an emailing to try and get an eta with them to no avail, they just showed up one day. Lack on communication and professionalism, I will not be returning in the future.
