This specific location is amazing. Their storage units are clean, easily accessible and the staff is super helpful.Drove into this location after a one way drive from US and had some difficulty taking off the chains of the trailer, but the staff was amazing and helped me get it off. Checkout was also super fast and easy.The person who was in charge of the storage was very polite and walked me through the process.Even after multiple visits, the staff has always been very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this location for truck rentals and storage.

The worst. 0 star if I could. Will reserve and send you a confirmation and then say it wasn’t properly reserved. The manager themself will screw up your order and your stuff will sit for weeks. Want to call? You’re on hold for 1 hour. Go in person? Also an hour wait and you’re just seeing them put people on hold and forget about it while others are sitting there and no communication other than blankly staring at the computer screen. Don’t believe the other higher ratings; it’s their friends trying to combat the low ratings.

They called in and confirmed my reservation I got there yesterday and they told me my truck was a 12 hour booking not the 3 days we confirmed.Always go online and check after your phone call!!!!!!I was left high and dry with needing to pack and move within two days. 0 sympathy for their mistake.PENSKE truck rentals saved our moveI will NEVER book u-haul ever again. Pretty terrible customer service. Ordered an install and they part they orders was defective and I had to pay to get a new part expressed delivered so I could use my hitch when I needed it. Even though I had it all organized ahead of time. They didn’t care to help and I was at their whim.Would not recommend

So the reviews here are pretty true, as it turned out. After 20min on hold I’ve decide to take the vehicle in person, and even then the employee messed up with my booking and put the wrong time of drop off :)So I was forced to call early in the morning to their customer support line in order to change that and to avoid extra charges. This locations was the closest one, but if you have the ability to chose from - it’s a big No No.

We had a storage unit booked, I made the booking on June 6, to move our stuff in on June 26. So almost 3 weeks in advance this was booked.They called me on June 19th saying that actually it is first come first serve and they gave our unit to somebody else. I have an email with my booking confirmation and nowhere does it say anything about it being first come first serve or not guaranteed. A booking is a booking.They then said if we still want to have a unit there, they can give us two smaller units, but we would need to book it now to secure it (June 19) therefore the monthly renewal would occur on July 19 so we would end up paying an extra month. This was not acceptable to me, we didn't need storage until June 26 so why would I want to pay extra? Just a scam to try and squeeze extra money out of you.We are moving from a different city and we booked in advance to ensure we had somewhere to store all of our possessions until we could take possession of the new house. This kept me up all night worrying about what to do.I ended up cancelling it and going with a different provider. Screw this shady business owner. 0/5 do not recommend.

If could select negative stars I would.The worst lying deceitful business & service staff I have ever experienced.Rented a large truck to move. This location confirmed our rental for a 20’ x 10’ storage locker while we wait to take possession of our house. We are moving from Edmonton. When we arrived they had no storage units that exist in the facility that are that large. Even though they personally confirmed the storage rental. When we arrived they tried to shove us in three closets in different parts of the facility. One of them had a hvac unit that took up 70% of the space. Together they would not equate to a 20’ x 10’ and would accommodate our possessions.During the entire time they were smirking about the situation and acting like we were idiots. When we were scrambling to find other options …….we asked if they would be charging us for the u-haul for the additional day while we tried to find alternatives. With a slappable smirk on there faces they informed us they would charge us as much as they possibly could for additional time used on the u-haul.While we were in line….. another customer who drove 4 hours to collect a uhaul they confirmed earlier that day was turned away because it wasn’t available. If you’re willing to roll the dice on this ignorant, careless location, come with a solid backup plan and more patience then you probably have to offer.Communication = brutalCustomer service = brutalHelpfulness = non existentIntentful deceit = maximum 12.5 out of 10Grosse.Haggard ratchet all around.Buyer be warned

We had a very pleasant experience at this U-Haul location especially on the interaction with Mr. Dinson and with his staff. Vehicle was well available on time, it was super clean, no delays at all and very informative staff. In short, this is the best U-Haul location. Great job guys!Thanks,Repair Quality Inc

Trail hitch seems great, admin and desk staff are terrible though. Tried to pay by phone and they put me on hold for 90 minutes and never answered. I spent more than 2 hours in phone he'll just wanting to pay, they spent another 50 minutes the next day in order to get a receipt.

Overall the experience utilizing this facility has been excellent. It is clean, well-lit, and quite secure. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.The only recommendation is to have more staff available to assist customers to reduce wait times. Perhaps the installation of mobile kiosks or the use of tablets to help rather than waiting to be seen at the desk.I will definitely recommend and/or use this location in the future. Keep up the excellent work!
