Kwik Auctions

Would rate this a zero if I could. After many years of loyal support, got booted 50+ times off the auction site while trying to bid. Spent 4 hours trying to stay connected, logged in over 100 times….super amateur.

We asked them to put a few of our kitchen equipment to an auction. They were very professional and we were satisfied with their service. If you have any unwanted kitchenware, we recommend using their service.

Attended auctions here in person years ago and always had a great experience. Now that I don't live in the lower mainland, it's nice to be able to still participate without the expense of travel. Will continue to buy stuff from here because of the great deals, as long as you know what you are looking for.

I own a restarant and I’ve been dealing with Kwik Auction for a few years now. I’ve never had a problem with their products as they check their equipment before putting it on the auction list. I went today to pick up my winnings and due to some computer glitch, my stainless steel table wasn’t available. The owner overheard the conversation and proceeded to contact his friend who owns a restaurant equipment business and got me not one but two tables with no extra cost to me. I was thinking it would be a few days to get the tables… nope, he asked if it was okay if we can go up the road to get the tables right away. This is what customer service is all about and the dedication he and his staff have to their clients. I’m in no way a big $ client and he had no idea what I have ordered in the past. This reinforces my opinion about Kwik Auction on how great of a company they are. There may be some 1 star reviews, but we are all human and make mistakes but they sure do try to fix all mistakes. Great job… I can’t wait for the next auction

I loved them but just be careful with used products we got charboiled from them paying 1200 and it wasn't working, we had to pay another 800 dollars to be fixed.

LOVE how these guys operate. Super friendly, super efficient and just really helpful. Not only are their auctions easy, simple and fully of great deals - dealing with them is an absolute pleasure. The people at the warehouse are kind, considerate, polite and YES HELPFUL. So nice to be treated like us customer instead of a paddle number" . Truly appreciate how easy they make it pick up items. I will not deal with Kwik auctions again. At the most recent auction I had a bid in on a high value item that I was watching very closely. I had bids in on other items that were updating and closing ahead of this particular item and were refreshing on my computer. This item closed showing me as the high bidder. I went to claim the item only to be informed that another higher bid had been received and that I was not the high bidder. They claimed that the other bid had been received an hour earlier and that the problem was my computer and that I had not refreshed it. I had been watching the auction for over an hour before this lot closed and my computer was refreshing and updating just fine except apparently for this high value item that went very cheap. Their response when I called was that it was my problem as I had not refreshed" my computer and there was nothing they were going to do about it. So much for their claim to want to bring integrity back to the auction process.At the very least they are running buggy software and you can't trust what you are seeing on your computer. At the very worst they could be using schills

We participate in many auctions and wanted to leave a quick note for the people at Kwik to let them know that the auction was conduced very professionally and it was a very positive experience picking up our items. In fact, the person at the warehouse was exceptionally helpful. We will be back for future auctions for sure!

It was great going through the buying process with Kwik. Everything I bought was at a great discount, and all goods were as stated.The one thing that surprised me was the 12% buyer's premium; please be aware that this will be added to your successful bid(s).
