TELUS

I have been a Telus customer for about 20 years and have always purchased my phone's at Telus. Yesterday I went to go look at phones, at first I was inquiring about pay as you go and the women working there was very disparaging towards them. I then asked about other phone which I was told you couldn't buyout but have to take a way more expensive plan to get them. I even asked again if I could buy the phone and even said if I bought a thousand bucks with me she still couldn't selle a phone outright and she said that is correct .Ok then. I left and checked the kiosk outside, it's a Koodo and I know that's Telus too. I asked about the pay as you go( the same one at Telus and he was disparaging about it too, even said you can't watch videos on it. I know the difference, basically the big difference is the camera and Video aspects. You can play movies on if you wish. When staff are being negative about good products you know the commission is not as good.I didn't buy a phone that day but my next day off I'm going to check Bell, Rogers, and virgin and see what they are offering.

Great service at this location. Staff are informed and friendly. Got my iPhone 6 there today and Mike was a pleasure to deal with.

Sometimes gets very busy. Small store so doesn't carry all the accessories you may want. Friendly.

Friendly helpful staff, great location in the Village Mall. Lots of parking.
