Wonderful care of Teddy!! Still just a puppy but this little Shih-Tzu can be extremely cantankerous when it's time for his nails to be trimmed. Very efficient and professional!! Once a month, Teddy's back!

I do not recommend this Groomer. This is the most expensive groomer, was supposed to trim my pet's nails since that was the main reason to bring him there. This was not done. My pet's nails are curling into his paws, it is hurting him. Now I have to bring him elsewhere. Dogs were running around loose in the house.Unbelievable!!$65 PLUS TAX for a small dog is ridiculous!!!.

We have been using this groomer for about 2 years now. Our dog is 3, the groomer we were using closed her shop and started working here so we moved with her. They keep detailed records of what's been done. They do fantastic work, he always looks his best when picking him up. He is always so excited to arrive, he loves being pampered.

Strongly recommend. Steph is amazing and trustworthy which I think is very important when passing over our fur babies. She is extremely knowledgeable with all breeds and if you have any concerns, she does whatever she can to help. Her and her team are very welcoming and create what I find to be the happiest environment.

We went in during the walk in hours. Great staff, the place is amazing and open space, I’m going again!

We had our first visit to this grooming salon last Tuesday June 6th. After reading reviews and positive comments, we never expected to have such a negative and horrific experience. If dogs are to run free they should be evaluated for vaccinations, health, socialization, size and temperament. Running loose can be problematic for dogs with behavioural issues and seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Owners should be aware and asked to have their dog separated or crated. We had a 6 pound timid puppy there for 6 hours which should have been a 2 hour groom max. The cut was NOT what we had discussed. Over and over I had stated what I wanted for this groom. They called the WRONG phone number for pickup. When we arrived our little puppy was lethargic and listless in the hot glassed in storefront window. We thought our puppy was dead. I want others to know that is is what happens to your dogs after they are groomed. They are placed in glass display windows for cheap advertising. The owner quickly stated it was air conditioned which means SQUAT when the hot sun shines on the glass. He was in there for 2 hours!!This is unacceptable. There should be a waiver for the customer to sign if you want your pet loose with unknown dogs. Plus a waiver for the glass storefront enclosure which we knew nothing about. I hope the business owner listens and rethinks these unsafe practices.

I brought 2 of my dogs in and the third will be going soon. They are so kind, patient, and gentle with the dogs. They go the extra mile in every way! I love that they are the only certified, insured, and cage free groomer in town. It makes me feel better about bringing my babies there. Will never go anywhere else, 11/10 please do your dogs a favor and book them here!

The staff is wonderful and do an amazing job grooming both our dogs. They take before and after photos, which is adorable. The hair cuts always grow out nicely as well. Highly recommended.
