Rustic atmosphere with lots of good treats and tasty coffee. I tried the brown butter cinny bun and the skor chocolate cake! My mom had the carrot cake and said it was fresh and really good!

Had a wonderful lunch here stopping in Kensington. Great location with lunch specials, pasteries, and drinks. Enjoyed sitting outside at the tables with our dogs, had a coffee and panini, followed by chocolate cake. The staff here was very friendly and welcoming. Relaxing vibe and stop off after a day at the beach.

I love making this a weekly treat when we come home for the summer. The gluten free options are fabulous! I love all the flavours of scones- the taste and texture is great! The last few times I have had the scones this year they have been a bit dry, unfortunately. The choices of desserts are diverse and interesting! The coffee is excellent!!!

We heard much about this place. We were happy to meet a friend here as we discovered the best scones we have had. The coffee was average but the baking is the star of the show. We purchased a couple more scones for our plane trip home. We will be back for more of the baked goods.

Ice latted, gf/v oatmeal tart, and bread pudding were all excellent. One of the better cafes/bakeries on the island.

We came across this bakery after having breakfast across the street. The staff is super friendly, and the pastry is fresh, and regional. We recommend the maple sticky bun which we happily nibbled on for two days. The Nainamo Bar is a borderline religious experience that will make you want to kneel down and praise the Gods of Butter & Sugar. The scones are infused with local berries, and are not overly sweet. All in all, we're grateful that the place across the street left us wanting more!

This was my first time being in PEI and the hospitality of people is amazing. Went to The Willow Bakery & Cafe , the smell of freshly baked goodies filled the air when you walk in. The display of scones, brownies, cinnamon rolls and other treats are well lit and labeled. They have a tray that has day olds which are still very good to eat.Love the way the staff is so friendly and greet you as you walk in.There are places inside to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with your treat. They have a variety of goodies, drinks and I believe gifts on display. It is situated in the old train station which gives the cafe a lot of charm and character. Will definitely make my way back to the cafe on my next visit to PEI.

Friends recommended we try the baked foods next time we drove through Kensington, and that was great advice. The brown sugar icing cinnamon buns and the raspberry rhubarb swirls were incredible! Lucky for us they were fresh from oven. Staff were incredible friendly and sweet, and the cafe space was quaint and quite busy for a raining afternoon. 5⭐️
