Went to get a coffee at 7:50pm the hours on the door says lobby is open till 9pm… to add more frustration, there was a guy sweeping by the door as I knocked he completely ignored me, and walked the other way. Worst experience at at Tim Hortons ever…

Completely ignore walk in traffic as I watched 12 cars go through the drive thru in the same time two walk in customers were served. Sorry I wasted 20 minutes before I walked out without being served.

Best Tim Hortons in Penticton. Friendly staff and menu items usually available even late night. Sometimes the hot beverages are a bit cold so ask them to heat it up for you. You will wait hours in drive thru line if you go at the wrong time, and occasionally the younger staff will botch your order so double check!The other two Tim Hortons never have anything i want, I stopped going after having to substitute my order everytime for rubbish l don’t want

Filthy tables greasy floor bathroom locks were jammed up... Cold grey eggs, un-toasted bagels, hash brown was like a cold grease sponge and if you got a response from workers at best Broken English or just a glance over there shoulder as they prioritized drive thru

Went in and asked for wedges, grilled cheese, and a couple iced capps. A crispy chicken wrap was added without my asking. When asked for it to be removed they decided to take off the grilled cheese. Though it was on the screen when we went up to pay! When the missing grilled cheese was discovered i went inside to have it fixed. The person would not accept fault, wasted my time, and while i was in the store there was a mom and two waiting kids who were being completely ignored while the staff member taking her prder just walked away and started having a casual conversation with her coworkers while people were waiting. Also stole my change. There was no professionalism, seemingly no management to take control of the situation and absolutely no responsibility at this tim hortons.Edit: dont trust the high reviews, theyre all old, i used to love this tim hortons too.

Classic chicken wrap had some bad rancid taste at one end . Could not eat. We travel and have never had this happen. Bad experience.Also ordered breakfast muffin and told after paid no sausage had to have bacon.

I ordered 3 large coffee's, I got extra large. I used up 2 free and I still paid for one, ok. The problem was, we ordered coffee. One of the coffee's were decaffeinated and no one asked for decaf. Nothing was said when the coffee was passed to us either. Rude! Thanks for the experience.

Definitely ignore walk in traffic for the drive through. Sucks I really love Timmies and wanted to have a breakfast before I started my day. I'm sure the food and quality is standard I just don't didn't 15 minutes to get noticed.
