Domino's Pizza

I ordered on line for pick up, to be picked up in 1 hr. I went to pick up order, counter staff was so rude. She almost gave the wrong order, she had an attitude, I had a $50 bill which she refused to take it, I had to leave to get another form of payment. I came back to pay for it. She didn't have it in the warmer, it was left on the counter. By the time the food was eaten it was already cold. You lost a customer.

The drivers turn Sherburn st into a 70kmh zone. All day and night. So many kids on this street and always people trying to park and getting in and out of cars. Super unsafe. Also watch them run the red at portage and sherbrun daily.

Worst pizza ever. I had 6-7 tiny pieces of onion and green pepper. Cheap af. Worst customer service. Dominos should revoke their franchise from them.

photos of my pizza that i paid for extra cheese. less cheese on it than if i asked for light cheese. veggies were hard and undercooks and they forgot my sauces that i paid for.

Pathetic customer service . We called in to order pizza at this store and was put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. We had to call back again and when asked for the employee name he refused to provide his name . He was very rude and asked me if i was placing order on someone else's behalf and told me if I was calling on some other person's behalf (he also mentioned the name) then he would disconnect the call and won't take my order. He said he had 20 pizzas to make and ordered me to order pizza or he will disconnect the call. When working in customer service field one should know how to treat their customers. I do have recording for the call if needed. If manager or store owner is reading this review I WOULD WANT A REPLY BACK ASAP will make sure this goes to the highest level possible. Call was made at around 8:30pm on Jan 22, 2023 if you have any call recordings make sure you listen to them. Very disappointed. This is not how you serve someone food. If you are so frustrated you should not work here( not deserving).

Recently moved across town and kinda disappointed in our new local dominos! The last location would always be ready by the time we arrived, and would have our order right! We’ve had several instances of 30 minute waits after they label our order as complete and taken off their radar. Other times we have had our “free” pizza not redeem. It would be nice if their experience would be consistent like other Food chains, but this may not be an ideal location unfortunately :(

We routinely order from this location without incident, however today we received an under cooked pizza. We called to let them know and request a fresh one we had to speak to three separate employees and were told we were wrong and that they’ve cooked three hundred pizzas that day and it’s not possible. Ultimately I was put on the phone with a rude gentleman named Abhi who again was extremely rude and condescending but did agree to swap the pizza. There will most likely be no consequences but I’d recommend ordering from Gondola Pizza down the street, support local, fresher ingredients with helpful friendly staff. Do yourself a favour and order from elsewhere.

I take back some stars because of how much negative reviews I've just recently read. Manager of this establishment needs to get fired if it's a constant negative review from customers. I had a good experience but it seems like customers of the pizza side haven't. We as a customer rely on getting quality food for what we order and the money we pay plus tip. If it ain't delieved whats the point of having a store to provide your clients? Might as well just tell your staff to stay home and still pay them money. I'm disappointed DOMINOS.Not a fan of their Za, wings how ever and none the less hot which I'm usually not a fan of hot are a good kind of hot with a ranch. They came heated hot in hot sauce with a dip and they were tasty AF. Will be ordering a double order in another day or too for my late night order. Good wings, did I say good I meant great. Hopefully enough to get a free Appy for my next order? Hey dominos? 5 star, rave about how great the wings are? Tipped the driver really good.

The staff that work here are extremely rude. The manager abhey espically. Was a very frequent customer through online delivery. Wont be returning. I bet if it was her business she would be more polite. Bad for business.
