I’m a single mom who relies on trustworthy service providers. Cars are my life! This dealer is professional and knowledgeable. He has helped me a numerous amount of times in order to find the prefect car for myself, friends and my son. Dealerships don’t work with you. This boutique dealer helped me in times of need. Authenticity in his details and how I can slip into a more luxurious ride on a single mom salary. Speaks volumes when you have someone like Ariu - a genuine business man who knows cars and is willing to make a great deal with you. Trust and loyalty works both ways. Buyer be ware you may never go to anyone else but him for your car needs.

We bought a BMW Z4 in June of this year. We were very happy with the experience until it came time to pick up the car. It had a fairly large rock chip in the windshield, which it did not have when we test drove it. They blamed the person who did the safety check. They told us they would have the chip fixed, or we could take the car, have it fixed, and they would reimburse us. Since we'd had quite a good experience, I didn't have a problem taking the car getting it fixed and sending them the bill as they requested. Well it's been 5 months now, after sending the bill several times, speaking to different people on the phone several times, trying to get a hold of Ariu, I've given up. Obviously they don't care if the reputation gets ruined for $120 bill. Very disappointing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE (AUTOCOUPLE) AT 17315 YONGE STREET, NEWMARKET. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They will ask you for a deposit and if the deal does not go through they will ignore you and not give you back your money. I had a bad feeling from the get go with this company that my son went to, and it was true. ALWAYS trust your gut!Ariu, Sean and Aaron will be so nice and helpful until something happens that the deal doesn't go through, they will then push it off to each other and then completely ignore your calls altogether! Go to a reputable dealership for a vehicle, stay away from this one for sure!!

This is a very active used car dealer with some lovely cars. I had a mostly positive experience with them and bought a very nice Audi Q5 diesel that has performed flawlessly over the past 4000km. Keep in mind you are buying a used vehicle, and modern ones are complex, so do your own due diligence and don’t expect them to provide the same level of support you might get at a new car dealer.

Terrible service , don’t waste your money at this dealership.Worst Management, the management expects the customer to speak to owner and whenever you call the dealership they say owner is not available.

A day after I bought the car it stopped working and They don’t answer or return my phone calls and messages!!!! I paid 3000 to fix the car and it’s not working properly!!! The person who they use to certify the car is a scam too! They certified the car as it’s in perfect condition, but the car is damaged and not safe to drive!! It’s really devastating to finance a car and know a day after it’s not working!!! Email me for more details. I’m going to sue them

I traded in my perfectly good 2016 Ford Fusion for a money pit 2010 Jeep Sahara Trail Rated and there is so much wrong with it I just advised from my mechanic to trade it in! I have actually driven it only 7,700km since I have owned it January 2022. I've had to replace the thermometer as it wouldn't start and the starter (Auto Couple paid for the thermometer, but NOT the starter). I had to replace the battery, the radiator hose burst in -30 weather in February 2022 on Hwy 60, 10km outside of Algonquin Park.....their mechanic used plumbing fasteners rather than proper ties to fasten the hoses to the radiator - big drama getting the rental car in Huntsville, CAA, cab as it was covid and you couldn't drive with CAA truck, we had to get a cab to get back to the VRBO cottage. (Auto Couple paid for the Canadian Tire radiator hose bill, rental car, $100 cab ride, not the gas or my wasted vacation, pain and suffering, waiting in -30 weather with my autistic son for 4 hrs. plus the 2hrs trying to get back to the cottage from Huntsville car rental - we were there for 2 nights because of the unreliable vehicle). Then the Brake lines went 2 weeks later, then the radiator got a crack 1 week later. The whole time I've owned it I've had a problem filling the tank with gas. My mechanic said that the gas pipe to the tank is bent. I've had to replace the tie rods. Now it needs struts and suspension and heating/cooling system is broken and was stiff" to change from one setting to another - so no heat during the winter this year. The warranty that they sold me covers nothing. This car has cost me in excess of $5

The manager Alex sold me a truck on July 6 said it was ready to go except for one part and I waited five weeks. Then he calls to say there’s major issues and he can’t sell it to me. Obviously lying about something. Then it takes three weeks to return my money. And as of the date of this review my money has still not been returned on Vic has been contacted. Do not trust this guy he is a lowball scammer
