I visit pizza pizza at this location frequently. I found this place very friendly and always ready to greet their customers with warm wishes. They have great customer service. I never got to wait more than expected time for my order. Especially they give their customers best services with best tasting pizza and excellent crust. I found their 2 employees Jaspreet and Ravi very hardworking and efficient towards their work.I recommend everyone to visit this pizza place and must get “ Buffalo chicken pizza” , winged box and punjabi style bites.

Today7.30pm first time I visited this store and I was waiting in the line, when my turn came I told the girl working that I would like to place an order and she said ok then all of the workers ignored me for more than 20 minutes. People who were behind me got served before me. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER who needed to place an order and everyone behind me was mostly order pick up drivers or people who had booked online for pickup. I was ignored and when I was about to leave she yelled to take my order. I felt very disrespected since I was waiting for so long and they would look at me multiple times and not talk to me as if I wasn’t even there. I guess ONLINE PICKUP is more important than customers!! Never coming back! And don’t recommend to anyone. Felt very discriminated!!

I order 10 wings they take it serious and gave me only one drum. That was worst I paid 15 dollar and got I think half valve of quantity.

The pizza was sooo good, will be getting pizza every time from them. We wanted to order pizza for our supper last night and we were told that our address was not in the system cause we first got our pizza in February, we just walked in. So when we tried to get an order the guy said they couldn’t deliver cause we were not 2kms from the store. We were 5kms out, and they won’t deliver. Not happy.

Please improve customer service- I was told to wait 15 mins. Told her let me pay she didn’t went after 15mins she said she gave my order to someone else I need to reorder. How fun is that you’re waiting outside hungry and when your patience ends you get nothing

This was my go to pizza place. But today i got an XL pizza and when i was on the way i noticed shoe marks on the pizza box, which could have happened during delivery of boxes but when i opened the box there was a long hair in it , which made me more furious. I called them and they were in pure denial and told me that such thing cant happen. They were very rude and were making me feel like i lied for a free pizza. I never wanted a free one , i just wanted them to know about it . But the girl on the phone and all the people behind were very rude i could listen on the phone. Never going back!! Plz learn some customer service !!
