Definitely the best and most personal gym in the area. Very good people from the owners to their small staff. No one will probably know everything they have helped me with. They are leading the area in adapting to the changing situation. I know they will be able to keep up going forward with their dual online and in person model they are pivoting to, that some bigger gyms didn't even take advantage of.

Dedicated knowledgeable staff members, clean and organized gym equipment, positive and welcoming environment to reach your fitness goals. Plenty of group classes to join along with great music and instructors! Clean change rooms, tanning bed, and steam room. Absolutely LOVE this place!! I’ve trained in several facilities and Discover Fitness / Discover Performance is by far my favourite.

I am amazed at the level of commitment of the owner Kate. She goes way above and beyond. Her staff are dedicated and the gym has a beautiful culture with heart. I look forward to the personal training and couldnt be any happier.

I have been attending this gym on and off for years. Friendly staff, clean environment, fair prices, and good classes. It is extremely rare to see someone make videos for social media and all around a great atmosphere. Staff and members are very neutral, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommend.

How disgusting of you to implement this vax policy. You are supposed to be about health and wellness and you are encouraging healthy individuals to accept an experimental non FDA approved toxin into their bodies. I am sure those entering your facility have healthy immune systems. With business already have been damaged you have set yourself up for failure. Kudos to Goodlife for not segregating the population more than they already have become. Shame on you.

This is one of the few places I have felt welcome and safe. Friendly and welcoming staff. Really great place to work out and I rarely had to wait for equipment. Would love to afford to go back one day.
