Service non professionnel et à la limite du cadre de la loi….Ils ont oublié des traitements l an passée et j ai du les appelé pratiquement à toutes les fois…Cette année, je l ai ai appeler pour annuler mon service et ils ont quand passé et ils me facture le traitement pour la digitaire, ce que je n ai nullement demandé…La dame qui prend les plaintes semblent débordée et est très arrogante et manque de professionnalisme.Définitivement la dernière que je fais affaire avec eux…Nous regardons nos recours actuellement.

We signed up with Mr. Gazon in 2021 after we completely pulled out all weeds and overseeded the lawn. We heard lots of good things about Mr. Gazon online through Facebook groups and we refused to try Vertdure again since the weed treatments rarely worked. Halfway through the year we noticed the initial weed treatment made a big difference. It took a few days for the weeds to die but they didn't come back. The slow release fertilizer works really well. The grass is growing constantly (on steroids) and requires frequent mowing. Our neighborhood got hit with chinch bugs bad but we got lucky and asked for a specialized treatment. Never had any brown patches. Before winter arrived they applied nutri-boost. Our lawn stayed green throughout winter and came to life faster in the spring. Overall, we're happy the service. Keep in mind, we always mow at a higher height, mulch, sharpen the blade annually, check soil PH in spring, add lime if required, apply GrubX at specific periods and only water if it hasn't rained in 2 weeks.

I don't recommend it at all especially considering that there are so many better company at brossard. horrible customer service, especially the lady on the phone. they clearly dont care about your lawn

Worst customer service! Impossible to speak to a manager. They renew automatically your contract without permission especially that my lawn the first summer was still patchy and not in good health after all the treatments, so I decided not to renew. However, they renew automatically without permission or signature and when you call them to cancel after the first treatment, they say they haven't logged your call and they come back for a second treatment (the most expensive one) and keep sending you bills that you have to pay them with interest. After the most expensive treatment of the season, all of a sudden they do have your cancellation but are trying to force me to pay the second treatment which I did not want!

Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai pris le contrat l'année dernière. Cette année, j'ai décidé de prendre une autre compagnie car c'était moins cher. Ils m'ont renouvelé automatiquement mon contrat car il semble que cela soit indiqué dans leur contrat. J'avais reçu un appel d'eux et je leur avait dit que je ne voulais pas de leur service. Mais je ne peux pas le prouver car je n'ai aucun enregistrement. Ma nouvelle compagnie de gazon avait fait le premier traitement. Donc, il aurait due remarquer que je faisais affaire avec une nouvelle compagnie. Au lieu de cela, ils ont enlevé ma pancarte de ma compagnie avec qui je faisais affaire et ils ont traité mon gazon et ont mis leur pancarte. Je les ai appelé en leur disant ma situation et ils m'ont carrément envoyé me promener et ils m'ont demandé de payer la facture. Résultat, je dois payer 2x 100$ pour mon premier traitement. Aussi quand j'ai appelé au service à la clientèle, il avait 21 personnes devant moi. Je ne sais pas si c'est à cause que plusieurs clients voulaient se plaindre...mais cela peut être une possibilité. Leur score de service à la clientèle sur Google est quand même bas. Le service je l'ai pris à Laval. J'espère que mon expérience va vous aider à prendre une décision pour faire affaire avec eux.

Dishonest company. I had a contract with them last year. They sent me another one this year, to which I didn't respond because I don't want to continue.. In spite of that they made the first treatment and they said we have an automatic renewal. I told them why you didn't even text me, the lady told me we have made our contracts with Lawyers, so they are covered. So you need lawyers to continue being dishonest.

So far so so good , excellent customer service, knowledgeable and reliableI recommend their services!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Monsier Gazon. After being a client for years, they do not believed in me when I said that technicien had done only half of the service requested. But, they were charging me for the full service. The old lady in the phone, extremely impolite and impatient, refused to hear my complains about the service and said that I could right as many bad reviews as I wanted, because she did not care. I do not recommend them.
