Excellent experience working with each department at Curtis Carpets. - 3000 sq ft of new flooring with a very detailed staircase. Every install detail was taken and the transformation is exquisite and the work was extremely well done. Aside from that, all the areas were remarkably clean. I would recommend Curtis Carpets for all you flooring carpet needs. The staff is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly!

We recently used Curtis Carpets to install carpet tile in a public library and we couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. We received our quote within 24 hours of asking and the installation was completed on time and with the utmost professionalism. Last fall, we were unfortunately faced with a sewer backup issue in our basement. After insurance and restoration requirements were dealt with,we turned our attention to the necessary flooring replacement. Based on our previous positive flooring purchase and installation work done by Curtis Carpets, we contacted them for this project. Once again we were very pleased with this decision. Jason 's prompt and capable assistance was appreciated and Jade was truly wonderful as she went to great lengths to help us through the difficult selection process. Despite the challenges of COVID and supply chain delays, Danielle kept us well informed and scheduled the installers with careful attention to details. The end result looks terrific!! We thank Curtis Carpets once again for their professional expertise and service. We would certainly use this business in the future.

Kyle from Curtis carpets was excellent to work with. He helped us choose over 2000 sq/feet of flooring for our new build. He went above and beyond by ordering us a whole box of a sample we liked so we could take it home and see it on a large scale. This ultimately made the sale. Any minor issues that came up were dealt with and solved with urgency.

My girlfriend and I came into the showroom just to get a feel for vinyl options. The minute we stepped into the door we were greeted with “Do you have an appointment”. To which we answered no, we’re just browsing our options. We were followed around like shop lifters until a girl from the sales team joined us. Clearly they don’t need or want potential new business as both her and I were interested in higher end projects. Very rude secretary, and front of house staff.

We just wanted to share our time with Curtis Carpets. When we started out getting samples and quotes, Olivia by far provided the customer relationship we were hoping for and ecstatic to have. She was professional and at the same time very easy to get along with and was able to deal with the fun of husband/wife picking out colours and finishes. Even with a hiccup, she was able to keep the great first impression.Aaron and his installation team were a pleasure to have in our home. It was very easy to see the pride of workmanship that Aaron has and shares. And that we were very thankful for. The team was polite and fastidious. Both of these were in abundance and definitely appreciated.Working with Olivia and Aaron from Curtis Carpets was a most positive experience. We encourage anyone who is looking for confident and knowledgeable flooring experts to walk in and have the a result that you can’t stop looking at!
