Jen is amazing we have been going to Jen for a few years now Miss Ephie is always happy and looks amazing Jen makes her feel special. And our pup who is a holy teara went for his first official full groom this week and we couldn’t believe the absolutely stylish groom. It is way beyond us how she did it. I’m sure she must have some magic calming tricks. Jen treats them with the same care we get from our hair stylist.Thank you Jen from mom and dad and the furry kids

We had the best experience getting our doggo groomed here! Echo, our golden retriever has been a lake dog all summer and was due for a tidy up! Would definitely recommend Heads Or Tails!

Sorry wasn't pleased with the overly excessive short cut. Must admit the groomer admitted she screwed up and offered a discount. But I refused to take it and honoured the price originally quoted. Found two spots on our little guy when I got home where he recieved some minor cuts during grooming. Price was very reasonable and the groomer was very cordial.

Jen is amazing! Barney looks so handsome with his brand new summer cut. He is happy to be so much cooler in this steamy weather. Jen's prices are fair, and Barney is always ready on time. I would definitely recommend Heads or Tails. Jen is our favourite groomer ever!

Having a bad experience with a previous groomer we decided to take our drama queen Rosa to Jen. She was extremely patient with our girl and our Rosa just loves going to her spa days!!! Jen is a natural dog lover. Her prices are fair! You will not be disappointed .

Left my shitzu mix without any eye coverage. Would have expected them to know this kind of dog is very light sensative.Also cut into a fat deposit leave a gash in her leg.

I'm living in the area temporary this winter and my 8 year old Yorkie was in dire need of some TLC. I found Heads Or Tails through Google maps and based on the reviews I didn't hesitate to booked Toby in for a groom. Needless to say Toby and I weren't disappointed. A gorgeous haircut, in a timely fashion and a very happy boy upon my return. I can't remember your first name and I apologise, but hank you so much.

First time taking my dog for a groom..I made an appointment a month prior since they are so “busy”.The day comes and no one gives me a call to tell me they are going to be late.. let alone that they won’t be showing up for the appointment. NOT impressed and definitely won’t be coming back!
