Olds Firewood

I called for a need for firewood, and despite bad road conditions, Andrew was able to deliver in just a few days. The wood is very high quality and seasoned, cut to size with plenty of variations for overnight burning and maximum heat output. Friendly & highly skilled!

Prices are great BUT after filling out their online form for 10 cords, I was never contacted so I called them a few days later, I was told that he was busy at the moment and he'll check his computer when he gets to his truck, days pass and I sent a text asking about the wood, was told that I was too far (Cheboygan) and they couldn't deliver for free, I offered $150 for delivery and they accepted the offer, said his son would deliver it within the next week. Never heard from them since then, I tried contacting many times but no response... Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Just be honest my guy... And if you change your mind just let the person know

After my second delivery of wood for this winter, I could not be more pleased with the ease and punctuality from Andrew. The online form makes it easy to submit a request and I got a call within 48 hours, wood delivered two days after that. The wood is dry and split exactly as specified, dumped right where I asked it to be. You can’t beat these prices either. As long as I live in Northern Michigan, I will be a customer. I ordered 10 cords on Wednesday and was burning it on Saturday. Well seasoned, dry, split and a GREAT delivered price... What more can I ask for? Great people to deal with. I highly recommend Olds.

I ordered 5 face cords and was told it could be up to a month for delivery. No problem. After 5 weeks and a few calls not returned, I was told my delivery was scheduled for any day now! He promised to call me back by 5:30 with a day to deliver. He never called back and I never got my firewood.
