I went in 20 minutes to 12 dinner time. and they only had six pieces of chicken. told me if I wanted more I'd have to wait 30 + minutes. the men behind me walked right out the door angry because they were on lunch break and couldn't wait that long. I got a wrap and it was so hard and dry I couldn't eat it. I watched many people leave angry. I wish I would have looked at it before I drove all the way home. the girl in the back was so rude to the others. I will never go back and it's sad because it always was our favorite. no more

Do not eat here, this business should be shut down. The old location down the road was well known for food poisoning and it seems they have not changed at all.Either something is wrong in the kitchen, or the chicken is old and they are afraid to throw it out and lose profits. Food poisoning last 3 times I have ate here, along with my family and all my friends I know who have eaten here.I will never eat at another KFC ever again. This place ruined it for me.- if you must have KFC, then go to New Minas.

We ordered a 4 piece meal and the pieces were so small..2 pieces were as big as a chicken nugget and there was no salad added. Even Mary Browns gives a coleslaw with fries and chicken...they did not. We won't be eating there again..too expensive for not getting full pieces of chicken.

This has has to been one of the worst times that I've ordered chicken from KFC. It was dark and greasy and look like it came out of a toxic dump. Seriously it looked awful very unappetizing. Wish I had checked it before I left the store because I never would have purchased it.

Yesterday for supper we went thru the drive thru, the girl working was super impatient and rude , I asked a question her co worker laughed about it . Was made to feel like a huge pain in the *** for even trying to get our supper . Won't go again

I never have any problems here. My only suggestion is when dips are selected online, to fulfill that request, versus asking at the window for online pickups. My door dash" man was asked and chose different dips

Food quality has dropped even more. Custom service could be better. At peak times you either have to wait for food (15-20 mins ) or the food is old.YUM brands needs to fix this place. Apparently the franchisee isn't.

Made an order online at 6:20pm on a dead winter day, for 7:00Pm. Got there and was parked out front to wait an extra 20 minutes. They didn't get my drink right, didn't give us our cookies, or our sauces.I spent 50$ and I would expect after waiting 60 minutes I would get what I ordered. RidiculousI am never coming back to this location.

I'm not sure what's going on with our fast food restaurants. The chicken tenders were all coating with very little chicken and what was there was dry and not edible. If I had stayed at the restaurant I would have returned food.I know things are difficult these days and ppl want to go somewhere that they know it will always taste the same. So to go and not only get bad service but inferior food is totally unexcuseable!!I will never eat at any KFC again.
