Solid Rock Ottawa
We had some work done, specifically a new front porch. They finished half the job, then completely ghosted us. I've been trying to contact them for a year, and no one will answer me. I tried phone, email, website, instagram and facebook. Nothing. In addition, the work that they DID complete has failed. The decorative posts they installed split apart almost immediately and the paint is chipping. We also ordered new front doors and never received them. We filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully something will come of it.We are very disappointed as they seemed genuine.
