I would rate it less stars but its not possible. The worse possible service ever. I purchased a $48,000 Reach Lift Truck, called them 5 months later for an issue which they said it was not covered under my 5 year warranty, and after 7hrs of trying to fix it, they said they need to bring it back to the shop to repair. They sent me a $1200.00 bill for the 7hrs the tech wasted trying to fix it, plus an estimate for the repairs. I obviously did not pay this bill, and not only that, I called my local Lift repair guy, and it was fixed in 25 mins $162.00 later.
