had advertisements for free diagnostics and estimates yet would not realease the vehicle until I had paid. also refused to give estiamtes in writing. I was told it was too much work.

Alex came well recommended and he was able to fix the problem and stuck to the quoted price and on time with delivery. Certainly will do more business with him! Much appreciated.

Took my 2005 Acura TSX here for a rebuild on my transmission. Got really good service the owner Alex took really good care of my Car. Told me a price up front no surprises at the end when it’s time for paying. Car was finished in 4 days as promised. For Honda owners these guys do these types of cars on a daily.

Completely rebuilt the transmission on my Hummer and did some extra work as well. Took a bit longer then expected, but it was done right! Knows what he's doing, did a thorough job and even gave me a 3 month warranty, happy with the service.

Worst Imaginable experience!He been extending the pick up date for our staff van from month and making excuses for having short staff. the guy is been terribly rude and giving no attention to our vehicle. We had warranty on our transmission thats why we have to take our van to this unprofessional guy. And he’s been telling us to pick the van without getting repairs done.Absolutely not recommended and I would rather choose scraping a vehicle than giving this dude to repair it. now If he says my review is scam. I have every single proof!!!!!!

1. Didn't quote me a price, just took my car apart and told me I had to pay this to put it back together.2. Did not give me a price breakdown of how much the part cost or how much time it took3. Did not update me at all on my vehicle, had to call in myself and organize picking it up myself4. Had other concerns on my car but ignored my request on looking into them5. Misdiagnosed a grinding noise I had in my vehicle. Went to another shop to fix it6. Horrible service, spent over $2500 and still was not polite to meOverall I went to authroized dealership and I told them about my situation and they told me they would have done all the work i got done for 300 cheaper + they would have washed my car and gave me parts warranty if anything were to break.Not coming here agian nor will I recommend anyone to come

This shop is a prime example of a bad and lying mechanic shop. Try going in there and ask some questions, all they care is taking money from you. Listen to how they talk and remember this is how it feels in a mechanic shop that’ll cheat you. Quoted me $4000 for repair without even taking a look.

It's common in the automotive world to provide an invoice that has a breakdown of everything done.. including ALL parts, shop supplies labour etc. Here they just give you an end written price, so you have no idea what actual repair took place and what was needed and how the cost breaks down.

Best service I've ever had. My transfer case failed and my drive shaft was damaged. Arcadia took my truck in right away and I was back on the road in 2 days. I asked how it was possible for them to finish so quick and Alex told me he made me a priority seeing as I had a commercial vehicle and downtime is expensive. I'm very grateful. My truck runs like a champ and he's my guy now. I also ended up paying $100 less than my estimated price. Seriously?Thanks Alex! I really appreciate you helping me out.
