Well I happened to find this spot through Facebook. So I went not expecting much in the way of frozen dinners. Lunch time seems to be one of my hardest times to figure out what to eat and suppers well when eating alone it's difficult to eat sometimes healthy or it becomes very expensive at times. Anyways, went and couldn't believe the assortment of meals. The size was perfect also!!!! I have tried the chicken stir fry, Cajun shrimp, and Veggie stir fry. All were very good especially for a frozen meal. Owner is super helpful and friendly. They also have delicious frozen lobster which tastes so good.

The food is absolutely delicious, nutritious, and the perfect price! I hate making lunches for work and bringing the same old brown bag to work.Now I just buy my lunches from him and it keeps me from making poor decisions at the local convenience store!
