We had heavy rainfall a week ago and I called Vaughn home improvement. The owner talk to me on the phone directly, came to my home within the hour and give us an estimate petstar leaks in the roof the very next day with no trouble. Extremely professional, extremely trustworthy and really did a fantastic job. I would recommend him to everyone who asks.

I had Richard Vaughn rebuild a chimney on my home last summer. He was very thorough in explaining the work that would be performed for the provided estimate. The home was built in 1923 so he explained that brick sizes were different than today and he would need to use reclaimed brick, which is not something other contractors had pointed out.The reclaimed brick Richard selected was excellent and matches the age of our home nicely. He was in and out in one day and cleaned up the worksite very well. I had a roof leak that was likely caused by another area a few months later but called Richard to check the flashing on the chimney just in case. He came out and inspected the chimney, added sealant to a couple of areas and then even performed some routine sealing around a separate chimney for my wood stove, all at no additional cost.The cost of the job was a bit higher than other estimates but the end result and customer service were fantastic. You do get what you pay for with Vaughn Home Improvement.

Vaughn is great!!! He returned my call expeditiously. I hired him and he did a great job on my roof leak. No more leaks! I do personally recommend Vaughn for a quality service.

Richard Vaughn was so professional and personable from the moment I met him. He came out to give me a free estimate and spent over a hour explaining the details of what I needed to get the water away from the home. He explained where all the downspouts were going to go and how he would make the gutters work. The next week, Vaughn and his crew did a superb job and the gutters look amazing. They match our home perfectly and the metal screens he installed are maintenance free! (No climbing ladders and cleaning out gutters anymore!) He also helped with some roof repairs while he was here on the job. I would highly recommend hiring Vaughn Home Improvement.

I found a roof leak on the Sunday, 5/10/2015, right after a storm. Some roof shingles were gone. I was very worry about it because there was a big rain coming very soon. I called three local best rating roof companies in the Sunday afternoon, hope some one will call me back. Fortunately, Vaughn is one of them. Richard called me within 15 minutes after my message and promised me to have it fixed on Monday morning. I did not use his service at the end, because one of my friends fixed it for me. But I am really appreciated their quick service.

I would recommend Vaughn Chimney Repair, they promptly returned my initial phone call, discussed scope of work, even texted a few photos, gave me a price, agreed to call the next morning followed by a visit to my home, he went to work like a professional, However I felt he was pricey but with a good attitude, personality and the relationship and professionalism you get what you pay for. He reattached and sealed my down spouts to the house. I recommend them!!!

Vaughn did some repair work on my roof. The work was very good and I haven't had any leaks come back. They understood the issue with my house and explained it well. Not only did he fix the problem but adjusted my gutters so they drain much better and he was able to do a small repair on the siding.

Vaughn Home Improvement is a great company. Richard and Bill are very friendly and personable. It's obvious the care that they put into their work. Richard told me when he would arrive and called me about a half hour prior to confirm as well. He arrived exactly on time. He was prepared, he left no mess behind-everything was cleaned up. He was meticulous in his repairs and walked me through every single thing he did. I really think highly of him and his work. I highly recommend him.

Richard is the best, whenever I call he is there on time, polite and gets the job done no questions. Helped numerous times fix leaks on roof after trees fell. Since then he comes out when I need gutters cleaned or minor roof repairs done. Highly recommend, one part of house I never sweat knowing he is a call away.
