Went to GameStop about the Xbox one s the new one I'm going to have fun with it tonight the employees were great they explained everything to me about the system about the warranty yeah it was a great place great prices on games and everything had no problem walking around looking at things without being bothered like I do with some places I go to but no they left me alone and let me choose what I wanted I was looking at the PlayStation 5 as well so it was being a toss-up between Xbox one s and the PlayStation 5 I picked the Xbox one s

I went into the GameStop and witnessed a petty theft in the store. I alerted the two male employees present, and they gave me some of the most lackadaisical response of an oh no." While I didn't expect them to really do much about it

Staff have been great, always friendly, good selection of game knick knacks, or if you need a physical copy of something.

Chelsea is the kindest person I think I’ve ever met. One of the mini brands I bought was broken. And she went above and beyond for me. I can’t thank her enough for being so sweet ( sorry if I spent her name wrong!)

Staff are friendly and helpful!However, one star lost as there has to be a better system for checking items out. Waited almost 10 to 15 minutes in line while staff were looking for games behind the counter, installing phone coverings, etc. And I was only third in line!

My son came here to buy a refurbished iPhone which he saved his shoveling money for. We were almost immediately greeted with a friendly smile even though the store was extremely busy. We were ifferred assistance very quickly and the person serving us with incredibly attentive, friendly and listened to our needs. Unfortunately I didn't get their name however the service in this location always seems to be top notch!! Thank you!

TLDR: Bad visit but otherwise great store if they don't provide empty promises. Just give it to me straight so I don't have to come back to store empty handed and could've gone about with other business.Said they got a shipment tomorrow with the item in question being expected to arrive, come check tomorrow. Sure, sounds reasonable and politely thank them for answering questions.Arrived the next day, get told to give them about an hour or so to organize their inventory for the recent shipment. Again, sounds reasonable and thank them for their time. Asked if they could keep 1 item on hold (different color) in case the shipment didn't have the item. Was assured that wouldn't be a problem. Proceeds to wait.Come back after sitting down outside nearby waiting for the alloted time, only for them to inform me that they don't have the item. Additionally, they also sold the held item I had asked about. Great..... Wasted an hour at the mall for nothing + 2 days (only thing I was looking for).I'm fine with the first guy about informing me about the shipment and actually helping with answering a couple questions. Today was just something else, other locations were informative and gave the info out straight without having to tease the customers with things they don't have. As well as not go back on a promise made, maybe not their policy but the employer assured that this was fine. Maybe she wasn't specific and meant that it shouldn't be a problem

I went in there and I bought the Xbox one s they had a special on it I bought it now I have it at home and I'm playing it their service was good employees were courteous polite they're great I have no qualms about this place
