From my first contact with Frank and his team I was impressed with how professional, organized and very efficient the team is. This team is passionate about their work and it shows. Prime Lawn Care gives great service and great prices going over and above expectation. I would highly recommend Prime Lawn Care London.

I found Prime Lawn Care on Kijiji last summer and they began weekly cutting soon after. This changed to bi weekly as the lawn's needs changed. I initially appreciated not only that it was a family owned and run company, but also the friendliness of the family members. They cut my grass to my satisfaction for one and a half seasons. I recommended them to a friend who required short term lawn care.However, things rapidly changed in the past couple of weeks. I had returned from vacation the second week of August to find that, due to the large amounts of rain,my grass was very high was in desperate need of a cutting. I texted Frank early on a Monday morning asking if he could fit me in and cut my lawn even though my scheduled day wasn’t until the end of the week. He said he could take care of it then asked who it was texting as my information did not show on his phone. In the next text he stated that it wouldn’t be until the middle to the end of the week. I was surprised at the change in the response and said I would therefore have to cut it myself as it was too high to wait. After that, Frank and son just stopped coming to cut my grass never contacting me to inform me, and never replying to my phone messages or texts that I sent asking for an explanation.On another occasion, they informed me that because I had recommended someone as a new customer, I was entitled to a free cut. This was withdrawn when they had some difficulty cutting the thick grass after it had been fertilized and was told that the extra effort that it took to cut the grass equaled the free cut.BEWARE of this company. Their customer service and professionalism are in dire need of repair. They have proven to be unreliable and irresponsible. I regret that I had recommended them to my friend and in future will NOT recommend them to anyone else.Response to your reply- I did not cut my lawn the entire month. I simply cut it the one time that I described. As a business where customer service is a priority, you should have at least had the common courtesy to reply to my phone messages and texts. You simply walked away from our agreement without any explanation or communication. That is not how to run a business.

Great work for fall clean up. Quick and friendly and delivered as promissed. Will use the service again.
