I have long been a fan of lush, but today I had a positive experience that really made my day, thank you for bringing a special joy to my day, I don't even have words for how badly I needed and appreciated the human experience I received. This particular lovely lady even gave me a little birthday present, which was so far from expected but it was the sweetest gesture that I will remember for a very long time.

Amazingly friendly staff, so helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. The store is always so clean and tidy, the products are organized well and easy to find. I have never had a bad experience here, and have never found a product that I didn't like. They have such a huge selection of products to choose from too, not just bath bombs and lotions, but so much more! My absolute must have from Lush is their roots hair mask, I LOVE this product. It's great to use when you take a hot bath, the peppermint oil keeps your head cool so you can stay in the hot water longer.

Crew was fantastic yesterday! Lady with colourful neat hair, she's super polite and knowledgeable. Went in to pick up a prepaid order. Ended up purchasing more. Everyone was quite helpful. I was sad to find out that an old shower gel was only available online in one gift set. Told her how addictive the scent is. She got me set up with one of the new travel size perfumes in the same scent! It's awesome when staff have knowledge on past products and can make good recommendations. I'm a happy camper. Thanks guys!

Have had two very positive experiences here. Most recently, the woman helping me took lots of time to explain the different options for products for an at-home spa experience without being pushy at all, nor did she make me feel dumb with any of the questions I asked, which was a relief. Would definitely come again for any natural bath products needed

I use many Lush products everyday! Love this location as the staff is very friendly. The only downside is they are usually sold out of my favourite fresh face masks when I go.

Went in to get the Luigi shower gel, but after being greeted and then being approached with very aggressive sales talk and then a roll of the eyes of the sales associate when i said i was just looking and worked at Lush long time ago, I decided it wasn't worth buying and left the store. I understand that there is targets to hit, but that is no way to act to a customer. Don't need to be aggressive and be right on someone when they walk in the door.
