Booster Juice

2:40 pm Thursday mar 31. Whoever this lady is should be retrained on fresh juices. I’ve worked for the company for 3 years as a store manager and with that being said either she wasn’t trained properly or the protocol is incorrect. I ordered a hail to the kale and she began to make it by first juice apples and all other ingredients and should I said it was coming out red meaning she didn’t clean out the juicer from the previous orders that consisted of beets. She then walked over to the kale and was about to drop it in the jar I said no can you please juice it she said If I juice the kale it won’t come out :s I’m mind blown at this point so I politely explain to her exactly what to do because I asked for a juice therefore all elements should be juices unless it’s for example a lemonade which requires strawberries. Back to the point…. I told her first add lemon ginger then add the kale , basil and then apples. I also asked her to rinse the juicer first so I don’t get the red colouring from the beets. Which she tried to say she can’t it’s just the Color and i squad yes you can and she did it. She did not add the basil though. Either way you guys should re train her because a customer doesn’t want to here I can’t do that when literally every single booster juice I’ve been at and worked for juices kale in a juice and blends it with smoothies.

If you're going to change your hours due to covid 19, at least change them on your own website accordingly... Says you're open till 8pm on Sunday when you're clearly not

Got Acai super food smoothie with protein which give 26g protein. It was really good and refreshing. Place was super clean . Only thing I hated was to finish our Protein smoothie it took 40 mins coz it was frozen . Hope it was easy on ice even when I said. But frozen yogurt to complain.

This is a review for Sat.Apr.14.2018One of my favourites, the spinach is in it smoothie looked like BLENDED MUD and tasted so watery It was nothing like how its supposed to be made.To the owner , please get your act together or you will risk forfeiting this location to someone who holds quality control in high regard.

Booster juice is pretty consistent in terms of the smoothies no matter which location you go to. I like this location as it is in a convenient plaza to access. I also like the quick service that they usually offer here. Can't go wrong when in need of a quick and energetic beverage.

the 3 stars is because the drink was good service 0 stars 1148am i go to this location today i buy a smoothie everyday from different boosterjuice locations the girl came off to me as rude today. I paid for the smoothie she put the change down on the counter even tho my hand was out to grab it. I asked her to add a booster i watched her she did not do that but i didnt say anything because she already looked grumpy and then she puts the smoothie when its ready on the counter doesnt even tell me its my smoothie or please grab your smoothie just didnt have a pleasant experience at all not comimg back to this location again

Been coming to this location for a long time and today I ordered the usual and instead of skim milk I asked for almond milk as I always do at this location and every booster juice location BUT this time they charged me 0.75 cents for the almond milk. I let them know and the lady insisted they always charged lol hahaah like WHAT? I've been buying this drink for months at this location NEVER being charged for almond milk...I can buy a large almond milk for 2.99 at Longo's...ill just stick to the other locations that are consistent
