Wow! Where do I start. Coronation Recognition went above and beyond to help when I needed it the most. I was in a time crunch and needed some plaques ASAP. To make matters even more complicated, the owner was on holidays at the time!Despite this, their team manages to complete my order in just one day, ensuring that the tournament was a huge success. The quality of the plaques was exceptional, and exactly what I asked for.I was also blown away by the level of customer service I received. Fast and excellent work on getting our plaques done!

Okay, i have dealt with this shop on two occasions, both with great review.I used this shop to make trophies for my client appreciation party and give something to the kids. It was a last minute thought, so i called them up and said that my order could be taken care of prior to my event. On the day of the event, i picked up the trophies and noticed there was an error on the label. The team took my order back and did corrected the error on the labels well in enough time for me to pick it back up prior to my event.Also, just the other day, i needed something quick and no other place did engraving in house. All i wanted was a small order of getting a small metal plate engraved. But considering Things Engraved left the retail scene...there wasnt any place in Richmond that did in-house engraving where i could wait. I posted a question on Facebook on where to get a quick engrave job done, and they responded immediately and took my order and finished it well before expectation.This place has been just great.

I ordered a memorial plate here and I am happy with their product. It was clearly printed on bronze and I expect it to last a very long time.They send me the template to edit and allowed me to make multiple amendments to the layout before printing, everything went out well.
