This is our second year with here. The experience has been great. Easy to contact and get set up. The place is easy to get to, nice paved roads getting there with our trailer. The place is well maintained and secured with a code.

The lot has ample space for parking and maneuvering my boat, making it easy for me to store and retrieve it whenever I needed. We always feel our trailer is very safe in the storage there and we've had our trailer out there for about 6 years. Allan is friendly and helpful when we've needed his help with an item or two (flat tire). This storage area is very convenient to access and we've just been really pleased with everything. We would recommend this storage area to anyone looking for their trailer's safe keeping.

So far I'm really impressed! The storage yard is well organized with plenty of room to manoeuvre a big trailer. After talking with one of the other renters I get the impression the owner is a guy who cares a lot about keeping the property in tip top condition. Exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to where I want to store my trailer!
