This company was referred to me by the inspectors old boss. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He was terrible!I've purchased 5 houses across Canada. After he did the inspection on a 600sq ft house and took my money....which he wants before he gives you the report... I got disclosures saying he doesn't inspect some things. In my experience, it was my roof. He didn't tell me there wasn't pipes extending at least 6 inches to help the pipes breathe in the winter! He said it was too complicated with the slope etc.The house had a leak that wasn't exposed until I had the town turn the water on for the inspection. We had to turn the water off because it was excessive! He wouldn't inspect that further. Like I said, I've bought 5 houses! Every other inspector came back for follow ups. Not this guy!When I asked him to, he said (not exact wording) too bad! It wasn't available at the time.Very bad service! He charged me $600 for a 600sq ft house and I got a bleak report at best. I'd give him a negative star rating if it were an option. I really hope I save at least one person from wasting their hard working money! I wish someone told me!

He was thoughor and very detail orientatedI called around and found he was also the most reasonably pricedI would highly recommend this inspector
