Robert is very knowledgeable and the service was fast. He replaced my tap and fixed a couple of leaks within an hour. The service call was quickly scheduled the next day when others were telling me days or weeks from now only. He might charge a little more but his expertise and promptness is worth it!, very satisfied with the service!

Robert really saved the day! We had water leaking from our ceiling so we were grateful that he could come check it out. He quickly identified the problem, answered all of our questions, fixed the issue, gave us some helpful tips about preventing other issues, and generally he was just fantastic. Total bonus: Robert was also incredibly diligent about indoor/outdoor shoes. If our neighbours have plumbing issues, we'll certainly recommend Plomberie Pro Service.

PLOMBERIE PRO SERVICE
We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Robert answered the phone and was at our house in less than an hour. He was friendly and professional, and and even thought to write the invoice in English, which we never get in Gatineau. As many Anglophone Quebcers will tell you, this is something that seems small, but shows consideration and empathy. He cleaned up after himself, leaving no trace he was there, except the work.Thank you Robert!

Our kitchen sink got clogged on NYE. Called Robert on the 2nd after trying to DIY the repair. He showed up within 2 hours and got the job done in 30 minutes. Very clean and professional. Great response time. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional and expensive!I contacted Robert, asked for an estimate to change a faucet in my kitchen over the phone, He gave me an estimate of charging me $180 an hour labour and said he was available to pass by same day to install so i agreed. He texted me an hour later telling me he can't do the job anymore. I asked the reason why, he completely ignored my message. Very unprofessional and expensive! Have a better communication with clients next time!

I called them seeing as I have a problem with not enough hot water coming out of my faucet and he told me that he would have to spend time looking for the problem to call someone else! Isn't that what a plumber is for? To look for the problem! Terrible! And doesn't say much about their knowledge as plumber!

Call him on two occasions, discussed the problem I had with my kitchen faucet. With his expertise, he troubleshot the problem with me on the phone. I ended up cancelling the appointment and replaced the faucet myself. I appreciated the time he spent with me on the phone before hand. He was very professional. I thought he deserved a good review for just that.

My faucet was broken, I tried to flux it but it did not last. I called them and he was at my place with 2hours. He immediately knew what was the problem and he had the tools and the knowledge to fix it. I am very happy with the service I received.I recommend this company.

Very good service. I needed to change the plumbing under my sync. The plomber was available the next day. He arrived on time and the repairs were completed quickly with no issues and everything was cleaned up after he left. Very professional and quality work.
