I had the best experience with KV auto. My car was making a weird sound so they had me come right in to check it out - it was an easy fix so they did it right away! Amazing customer service

Passing though town and needed a quick check on my coolant system. They were able to fit me into a quick inspection and top up.

I was recommended to bring my luxury SUV to KV auto as it is known to be an excellent service location. Knowing it was a pricy service centre but having the reputation of APPARENTLY being fair and honest…After having more than one issue within the same appointment, I would recommend anyone to re-evaluate their decision when it comes to choosing KV Auto.Bring in my vehicle to get safety as an out-of-province vehicle. KV auto had found some issues that needed to be taken care off.(before buying the vehicle I had checked with the garage if it was in need of anything before it needed a safety, they had did all the maintenance that needed to be done to pass everything) yet KV insisted that’s certain thing needed to be changed. Going with their reputation I didn’t even question it and I agreed.The issue came after picking up the vehicle from the garage, as I go onto the highways the shield underneath the vehicle came lose and undone (which ended up being lost due to their negligence and not fastening it properly). If there was any issues with those shield they should have notarized me before “trying” to fasten them POORLY. After calling them about it, many excuses were made of how the sheets were cracked and bolts were missing, but then why was I not notified along with every other issue? After recognizing the issue I was told that they would replace the shield lost but I would have to replace the once’s that tie around it. Then after they did more research to see how much they actually cost, they backed out completely… after their NEGLIGENCE coasted me a shield, and more cabin noice (yes it’s a very minute thing, but I pay their high rates expecting great service, and work done on the vehicle). Not very impressed by their dealing of the Situation, I understand that everyone makes mistakes but own up to it and deal with it.The icing on the top is that they have a shuttle service. Asking them to drive me back into town, they replied by saying it’s for “local” pick up and drop offs. So I guess shopping I’m KV is no long shopping local if I live in town.After all of these incidents with KV auto I didn’t have the best service. The individual that also handles the phones talks down to the customer assuming they do not know what they are talking about. It is the most frustrating part of booking an appointment or inquiring about a specific job.I am not saying they are bad mechanics or a bad shop, but it was one of the worst places I’ve ever had to deal with.

I've been going to this location for a while now and l am still pleased with the service. I had an oil change done today and am happy to report they saw the windshield washer fluid was low and topped it up! Sometimes people don't notice and/or appreciate the little things, so nothing is mentioned. Kudos to KV Auto and their staff for taking time to do the things that often go unnoticed!

10/10!! I have been coming to this shop for 20+ years now, I LOVE that the family oriented staff is eager and willing to help their customers. KV Auto understands that life is busy, especially with careers and children, to help ease that stress for their customers they offer a complimentary PICK UP/DROP OFF service, which comes in very handy when trying to juggle those schedules. In addition their prices are fair and comparable to their competitors. However, their staff! There is no comparison! The KV Auto team is very knowledgeable and their attention to detail and customer service is top notch! Book your appointments now!

Brought my car in for repairs turns out there was a lot more wrong with it. The folks there did a good job from what i know the car now is in amazing shape. They were super nice to me i am a super satisfied customer.

Top notch service and quality care. Friendly staff and, if necessary, you can talk directly to your mechanic. I have complete trust in this business and have recommended KV Auto to many. T is even willing to share her chicken soup recipe; well, at least she does so with me.

Lori, Steve, and their team at KV Auto are fantastic! Waiting for oil changes, I’ve noticed just how warm, genuine, and caring are with all of their customers; they really go above and beyond to get people in and fixed up quickly, even when surprise problems pop up. I have had different car issues over the years and they have always taken the time to explain what things really need to be done and what things can be delayed or are optional fixes (something I really appreciated on a student budget!) It’s so nice to have a reliable, trustworthy repair shop with professional staff - really takes the stress out of knowing nothing about cars. Can’t recommend KV Auto enough!
