My last pay was short and they keep making excuses not to pay me what they owe me.

Lost my position and I wasn’t even told why. They kept meeting with me for being late but they keep changing my schedule so I’d start earlier without telling me. Also their own VPN doesn’t work. (Work from home for better context)

Been nearly 3 years since I worked there, still suffering mild mental trauma from how management acted. Not to mention the repercussions of destroying my physical health, still dealing with muscle damaged caused by the speed the department demanded as well as organ failure taking medicines attempting to alleviate the pain. They only really did anything when a doctor was finally involved but by then it was too late.Not to mention old friends of mine who still work there and tell me horror stories on a weekly basis.0/10 would not recommend, don't care about employee well being and will drive you into the ground until they can't use you any more. Glad I left before I got the rona, calling ill employees in after confirmed cases. It's wild.

Working for the Prosper lian verifications was great then moved to the Allied credit collection depth.Worst training ever! Used people who were collectors train us,showing all their bad habits,eg.telling me don't bother doing this or that.Talked nasty about a fellow trainee and cursed like sailors even when they worked in office.Very unprofessional, very much like high school cliques.And a friend fired no reason given,gold her they don't have to give one

At first company was good but the longer your with the company, the more toxic it becomes. There’s no work to life balance. They expect so much from you for such little pay and then benefits don’t kick in till a year with the company. RUN AWAY from this company don’t work for them!!!!!!!!. It’s meant more for ppl who do not know the law nor how things work in Canada.

I was an employee there, the company is very unprofessional, they claim they try to help those who are in debt, I was an employee that showed up pretty much on time every day. Management is the worst on this planet, they give you the same coachings on a call when thwre really wasn't anything else you can do for a customer, their management revolves around favoritism so if you're not in their circle you will not ever have a chance of moving up. 2016 2017 was when I was employed management will literally try to crush you any way they can.

I worked for the prosper department for a while ; the training was very good , and the work system was set up well. Lots of help if needed , I felt very comfortable doing my job.Unfortunately I was laid off due to not enough work.Once I was laid off , if I had any questions it was impossible to get intouch with anyone.HR does not answer phone calls / voicemails. And takes over a week to reply to emails.There needs to be something done in terms of how hard it is to get intouch with the company if you aren’t on one of their work computers.I would have liked to come back to this company one day as I loved working for them, but unfortunately the experience after being laid off really made me weary of wanting to return in the future.Hope communication issues gets fixed in the future and I’d definitely up the stars in my review

Trained there for 3 weeks, always had tech issues didn't give me the right equipment, sent everything back, they didn't pay me but instead emailed me they're docking 3 days. Sent a threatening email I shouldn't disclose any information on a 3rdparty site but they ARE third party themselves (??????)Waste of my time.

Fair company to work for, lots of hours available. Not really a place I found I could move up in, as hiring was done internally and it was based on seniority most of the time.

This is a good place to work if you really need something.Their covid protocols in the office are terrible, no one wears masks at their desks or interact in close proximity. There’s no cleaning of common areas and the checks they put in take up half your break time and are so inefficient.The pay is minimum wage and they demand work like they’re paying you a ton. They also expect you to work extra time without pay. They’re very unorganized (didn’t even know when my training was until the day of). Their scheduling is poor (they make it 3 days before even though it’s a set schedule).They pride themselves in being progressive, although it is a nice office, it just seems like they’re trying too hard and could put that energy towards something that actually benefits employees. Overall they’re very unorganized.
