Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Got in an accident, Insurance said to come here for a rental and you guys have nothing. No Vehicles in Fredericton at all four locations... not much of a rental service if you don't have any cars. Second day waiting for anything and I have to cab around town. when I live outside of Fredericton.... zeros stars if I could

I am really disappointed with Enterprise customer services, especially the branch in Fredericton, New Brunswick.I was doing my grad study at the University of New Brunswick in 2019. University rented a van, and I picked it up from FREDERICTON, NB, 1270 HANWELL ROAD, FREDERICTON, New Brunswick, Canada E3C 1A7. The university paid their bill, but after a month, I received a letter saying that I had to pay the bill otherwise, they would ban my credit card and cause problems with my credit history. I went to the branch and talked with their manager and he promised to solve this problem. However, I received 2 more letters during the next two months, and he still could not solve the problem, finally sending the letters and accusing me of their unfair warning stopped after 3 months.I moved to Prince George BC (2022) and tried to rent a car while the weather was -25C; in the stage of payment, I found that I was banned and I could not rent from Enterprise; a comment in front of my name was Please do not rent a car to this person since he did not pay his bill". I contacted customer service and the Fredericton branch and after two months

Wow, this place gave us the best service that we have ever experienced in decades! Very thorough: they went through all the details and walked us through the car to make sure we understood everything. The car was very clean. Such a pleasant experience!

Had to get my car fixed and they dropped the vehicle off at the mechanic which was really good. The beginning of the problem was that they gave me dodge charger rear wheel sports car in the winter where the wipers barely worked enough for me to see. We had no control on the snow and slid onto a curb, called the enterprise branch and the people were really nice amd offered to pick us up and drop us off. Not one employs fault but even having the option of a rearwheel vehicle in the winter is obsurd and shouldn't be allowed anywhere in canada.

*Update. I was contacted about my experience and I updated to 5 stars. It happens too infrequently and I really appreciate the extra efforts to follow-up with me about my experience.It's okay. Just wanted a full-size car. Got a midsize that smelled like smoke and aftershave. Also, there really seems to be no point into checking in 24 hours before. I still had to confirm all my info, save provide my hardcopy of license, and still had to say no to all of the upcharges. Anyways, car was fine and when I returned it, the lady who helped me check it in provided a way better experience.

Bad experience, and know of others that have received the same lack of service and harassment. Jason harassed us with phone calls none stop asking for rental back when it wasn't scheduled to be returned yet. Our car is in for a repair at the moment and were expected to keep this rental until the repair is completed. I didn't have my phone on me at work so I missed the 10+ calls, and when I was finally able to answer I was told to returned the car within a hour or I would be charged over $1500 for it. If we had known ahead of time, the time / day it was due that wouldn't be a problem, but for a family to have to return the only vehicle they currently have within an hour of official notice is truly ridiculous. Will NEVER return to this company.

I was in a accident wit my vehicle insurance went threw this company.No issues at all until my insurance company started extending due to my awful situation.My mother was put in palliative care , My daughter was and is in ICU at the hospital being given life support medication and ia only give a 25% at coming out of this . She is in bad bad shape and as a mother I’m not doing so great either . Granted yes , I have kept the car after being told to return it and yes I do still have it . I was told they would let me rent it out of pocket went to do so and the answer was no . I live a hour from the hospital and can not be that far with out a vehicle. It was explained…. I pick my other vehicle up on Monday night and still being harassed by this it is just not ok . Calling my work talking to my coworkers and telling them about this issue and saying just tell them where I was so they could just get the car . Not okI’ve every intention on it being returned cleaned and sanitized with a full tank . But as I said this experience has been a nightmare. These people have no heart nor understanding

These folks really helped me out after my vehicle was written off. Sedra helped figure out a solution for me and was very professional and a good critical thinker. The whole team there is hard working. I had 3 vehicles over 5 weeks and all were in great shape. I highly recommend this location (Hanwell Rd location).

I’ve rented numerous vehicles from Enterprise as I travel frequently for work. I’ve always had excellent experiences. The staff is friendly, very time efficient and the vehicles are always clean and ready to go.

Just picked up a vehicle from this location and was dealing with Ramesh. Great, quick service and super friendly.I’ve always been 50/50 with enterprise but I recommend this location
