It’s so sick to say that stores like you should be shut down. So unhelpful staff, I’ve asked 5people for 10 items since the past 30min but nobody is helpful . One person at the cashier was a little generous but couldn’t help due to so many customers. Super sick washrooms

NO PRICES ON SEVERAL ITEMS. EGGS WERE OUT FOR COUPLE OF HOURS. I happened to return to pick up items for my neighbour and noticed the eggs were still out at the same spot. Then we wonder why they are spoiled before expiry date. There was a very nice female staff that was very helpful and went out of her way to finding an item for me.

Of quite a few shops and malls visited, this Food Basics retail shop strikingly differs in select matters such as first time seen stocked vegetables are finely sprayed at intermittent gaps for its freshness, limited pile up of stocks thereby same are replenished with fresh stock, floors are spic and span and racks are far apart and low giving better visibility and approach.Deals and promotions add to all above on daily basis makes purchase of mainly vegetables and grocery items an attractive buy. The counters are continuously added as queues lengthen for customers comfort. Ample parking available.Visit once to experience for yourself.Enjoy.

Clean, sanitized place. You can sanitize your hands right when you get inside of the building. The line up seems to go fast. The seafood is topnotch here. The only thing they can improve in is that when they have a sale in the flyer make sure the have enough to sell the product. Buying fruit here is a hit and miss for getting none damage fruit. In the parking lot watch out there are some crazy drivers out there that don't follow the rules of the road.Today we went to the store and was not impressed. The check out guy was rude, and left us 3 time at the checkout line and not explaining much why he had to leave. It was enough time that people could walkout. When we needed a price check the guy just said well you probably grabbed a different product. My boyfriend had to check the item without the cashier helping us.

This grocery store offers a decent selection of items, however the quality of their produce leaves something to be desired. It seems that low-quality produce is a recurring issue and it is unfortunate that it is not being replaced in a timely manner. On the plus side, the prices are good. Overall, while this store may be a convenient option, shoppers should be aware of the quality issues with the produce department.

This is a very nice grocery store. Its clean, the produce is fresh and kept well, and the staff are friendly. Every week, there are some good deals, so if you keep your eye out for them, you'll save some money. During the pandemic, they took many precautions, wipes all carts when entering the store, and there is hand sanitizer at the entrance. Overall, great store!

Worst ever location of food basics.Very arrogant and rude staff members, too much non helpful. Head office of food basics should forfeit this kind of store where staff have no idea how behave and talk to people who are coming in. They dont know, what is customer service management.Would prefer to go 10km ahead instead of entering this stressful environment store
