Tried to get tires on the rims. Waited 2 weeks and still no call back from them. Took business elsewhere. Won't shop there ever again.

These folks rock...tire changing season time and they were able to accommodate on short notice with no fuss or anything. They are insanely busy and I explained the situation and bam....all good!!! This is what makes a good business a good business. Thanks!!!!

Blew a tire on the highway called Canadian tire while waiting for tow truck they refused to change just the blown tire wanted me to change all 4 called independent and spoke with Kevin he had us in and out in no time GREAT SERVICE thanks independent tire and KEVIN for getting us back on the road

The guys in the back are excellent, I showed up last min on a Friday and they still assist with changing my tires.CONS: they lost my key set for my tires, I always keep my wheel nuts and caps together in a bag. Only gets opened when my tires are getting replaced.They did it last and they lost my thing and now they want me to pay for it.2- which is why I will not come back.They replaced Pam with this guy, who doesn't know customer service at all. He's the worse employee there by far. (Be polite and smile) you work at the front desk A-hole

I had a such a great experience at Independent Tire. After getting a flat tire and making my way over to their shop, they were so kindly able to help me out on the spot with repair and replacement, and made a tough day a whole lot easier. Amazing fast service, very reasonable pricing, and friendly staff! Highly recommend :)

I had a tire blown out on my trailer on the night of friday march 10, 2023. I parked in their yard for the night around 1am. They came to work the next day at 8am sharp and within 45 minutes I was on my merry way. Their employee came up to my truck and said Good morning! So I'll get you to pull around back to the semi truck pad
