Mundie's Towing & Recovery Burnaby

I've needed to get my car towed a couple of times and used Mundies both times. The tow truck operators were courteous, friendly and efficient, and the pricing was fair. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I ordered a tow, but the driver was able to boost my car to start it. He saved me a lot of money. He is a very knowledgeable and honest fellow. Very professional and on time service.

My truck was @ 10th/Cariboo and I needed a reliable tow operator in Burnaby. The Dispatcher was helpful and friendly and told they would be there within the hour. Jeff from Mundie’s Towing was there quick within 25 mins.I was escorted direct to North Road Auto. 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a very conning experience with this company. Save your money and your car and don’t trust them with towing. When I called to get an approximation to tow my car in the snow for 5km they told me $40. When my car was finally delivered to me the tow driver wrote me a $60 invoice listing all the charges. It made sense to me and I was happy to pay that even though it was more than what I was told in the morning. When he called to confirm the pricing with dispatch they told him to charge me more cuz they had just decided to increase the price for that day. He wrote me a new invoice of $100. I told him I can’t accept that much of a jump, you guys lured me in with a $40 estimate and now you’re saying $100! He called dispatch again and they told him to not release my car to me. I sent the $100 and called their store directly and told them I will write a bad review as this is using your authority of holding my car hostage to charge me whatever you want and then manager told me she would refund me the difference. It’s been over 3 months now and I haven’t received their supposed sent cheque. So there you go, a fraudulent company that uses hostage power to overcharge you, would offer to refund to shush you and ultimately ghost you.

Very questionable business practices. Called at 4:45 to ask if they had my car and was told no as i tried to figure out where my car was towed to and was told by building management of where I was parked that I'd have to wait until Monday, two days later, to find out. Called again at 6:38 and was then told that they did in fact have my car. When i arrived to pick it up, I was told the car arrived around 2:35pm, two hours before i called. They claimed that it wasn't in the system then (which is interesting because you can literally go out to see the 1 of 4 cars parked in the storage was mine and you dont need to check the system for that if it was already there), but seems more like an opportunity to try to prolong having my car sit in storage and hike up storage fees as it was going to sit there until monday when building management would finally give me information of where my car was. Extremely dissatisfied.

Different cost by the driver. I paid $40 more even 2km shorter distance than month before. He told me to claim to the office when I asked for a reason. An Old driver was so rude.

Prompt service and very friendly and professional drivers. I had Jeff pick up my vehicle and he was very friendly and courteous. If I have car trouble again I will definitely give them my business.

They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. The driver followed instructions and handled my 2018 Ford Focus RS with care.

Amazing service! From start to finish, absolutely professional and friendly. Real Canadian service that I haven't experienced in years. The dispatcher was friendly, helpful, and kind. I felt she really cared that I got the best service in the shortest time. The driver, Paul, was equally amazing. Friendly, kind and clearly someone who cared that I was taken care of. He really seemed to enjoy what he does and wants to do his best for you. He even taught me few things about how the truck works. On top of that, the service was fast, and the price was more than reasonable. There is a reason why they have been around for more than 40 years. They even kept the same quality of service that we haven't seen since the 70's and 80's. Definitely call them if you need a tow or any kind of help with your vehicle. They know what they are doing and will take care of you.
