On February 25 the driver refused to run the hose to my gas tank stating it was unsafe.However after speaking to the manager repeatedly the driver agreed to to so with my assistanceShowed up 10 hrs late I was unable to leave my home due to the fact the manager stated he could only make the delivery with my assistance.Driver showed up refused my help, refused to speak to me and was fully and safely able to deliver the fuel.Only reason I waited the entire day was the manager refused to refund my money which at the time was all I had to spend.Completely and 100% unprofessional in every single aspect of their business.Do not trust the organization to provide any of their services listed you will be completely let down in every way.

The customer service here is actually disgusting. I put in an order for oil on Wednesday of last week with assurances it would be here by Saturday, I paid cash in advance as they requested. Saturday comes and goes, so does Sunday, there’s no one to call cause the office is closed over the weekend and there’s no emergency number. I waited at the house for the delivery all weekend, made sure I sanded a path for them up to the tank from the road. Ended up running out of oil Sunday morning, made it through the night by space heaters and called the office Monday, who told me they showed up at the house on Sunday and couldn’t get in my driveway, when I was home the whole day and no truck showed up at all. It was a nice mild sunny day and any driver that has difficulties driving on a perfectly fine day shouldn’t be behind the wheel at all. I was told no delivery now until Tuesday and they certainly didn’t care I was empty I was told to go buy some in jugs and to put it in myself because no one was going to my area today. Not only is this company incompetent but it is also dishonest. They insist you pay upfront for deliveries that they don’t even attempt, and leave you completely stranded. Don’t waste your time or money here at Abel fuels, find literally anywhere else or do what they told me to do and fill jugs to put in yourself.

I can not find the words to explain the absolute incompetence of this company. A few weeks ago we ordered oil from aabel fuels and were told it would be delivered a certain day and when it did not show up we were not notified and left without oil. The next day we received the invoice for the oil we ordered but our tank was still empty. After arguing on the phone and being told that it was something wrong with our oil tank, they eventually found out that their driver delivered it to the wrong house and we were told that our oil would be delivered by the end of the day. The day came to an end and still no oil. Luckily it showed up the next afternoon but we switched to another company because this is not something anyone wants to deal with in the middle of winter. Another couple weeks go by and we receive an invoice for hundreds of dollars worth of oil that we didn’t order. After checking our tank we found out that the company has this time filled our tank with someone else’s oil! And they are trying to charge us without notice for their obvious mistake. Now clearly everyone makes mistakes I’m sure it happens with other companies too but you can’t charge someone for oil they did not order. Aabel fuels please own up to your mistakes and for the love of god train your drivers to read house numbers. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again and I hope that no one else makes the same mistake we did.

We've used them for a whole year and customer service has been great. We just switched to heat pumps and cancelled our auto delivery account but will definitely use them if, we ever need backup oil.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered Wednesday and after almost a full week we still did not have oil after being promised they were coming every day. If you can't make the delivery just say that. Will be switching companies.

Is a client for the past two months. They did not promise what they could not deliver, but timely delivered what they promised. I love it.

This review is different. It acknowledges and thanks the leadership and people of this company after a disputed experience. All relationships tend to encounter difficulty.We had difficult moments early on, and yet I now appreciate them all the more for their willingness to work through issues and ultimately help me out of a serious situation.Erica and Samantha are two people who are excellent representatives of this and any business. Their driver, Kyle, also was wonderful, helpful and instructive, teaching me about his business to help me in the future. (We are a new homeowner in a remote part of the province, and my inexperience of the situation that presents contributed to the relationship challenges.)Thank you to all. I am very grateful - and far warmer.

Called in and had a pleasant experience setting up an account. Representative on the other end was easy to talk to in the process and informative. Card is on file and gets charged the day before they drop by. Aabel is near 15c different with the same services as others which is why we switched over. Invoices have always been emailed and so far not missed.Will update the review when we get our free yearly cleaning by them.

Edit: Well, after some calls, we were contacted by a manager and were explained they had a clerical error for our order. This is fair, however if unsure, a phone call would help.We had our fuel delivered within an hour of speaking with the emergency driver, who was super helpful, and one of the managers. They apologized profusely and we will order from Aable again because of the prompt correction of a situation outside of our control.They waived the 70$ emergency fee as well.A learning experience for everyone involvedOriginal post: I ordered fuel from Aabel fuels before, had no issues. This time was a nightmare. A truck was coming on a day I didn’t order, luckily was calling to rebook and caught that.I had an order online from during the week for today. Got no showed. Tried to call the office during business hours, said the office was closed. Called the emergency number at 16h00, said hey the office number isn't working and I didn’t get oil. Are you guys running late? “Could be “. Fair enough, wait till 18h00, nothing. Then was told it’s 70$ for the emergency service. Huh? I got no showed and now have the pleasure of 70$ more? No thanks.

First time and last time getting oil from these guys. There are many reputable companies out there, however I don't consider them one based on my experience. The drivers think they own the roads and have attitudes during deliveries. Try another cheap oil delivery service instead of these clowns.
