Little Burgundy

Went in Yesterday Dec 27 to look at some shoes and was met with the most unprofessional group of girls working. These girls were standing around talking so loud gossiping to each other in a circle and completely ignoring customers. It was so uncomfortable and they were swearing in-front of children. There was one girl who asked if we needed anything but that was about it. Normally I wouldn’t care but they were so loud and obnoxious and my 5 year old was commenting on how much they were swearing. Definitely won’t be shopping there again, will stick to Chinook mall where they are much more friendly.

Dissatisfied custome, most likely won’t be shopping at this store again.Went to buy a pair of shoes, found the ones I wanted only they didn’t have the size at the store so I asked if we could order them online and get them shipped to the house.Took them forever to do the order online only for them to order the wrong size (wanted a size 9 in women’s size, got a 5.5 in women’s size). Went back to the store to le them know they had ordered me the wrong size, the lady who helped me was giving me attitude almost as if it was MY fault they had ordered the wrong size. Then they said they didn’t have the size 9 in women they could order a size 7.5 in men - I specifically asked if the model would change at all just because it was a men’s size they said no, the style was unisex. Agreed to get the size 7.5 men, then the lady says “hopefully they’ll get the shipment right this time and you won’t have to come back” - no professional at all.Get the order days later, only to get them wrong style of shoe. I wanted the “authentic” style since the beginning and ended up getting the “old school” style the second time.At this point, I just wanted my money back. Waste of time and gas.

The lady who helped my Daughter with her sneakers was absolutely amazing and just awesome I forgot her name but she had glasses and was super sweet. We will be back real soon! Thanks!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. My shipment has been lost and they are asking me to wait for about 30 days since I placed my order to get the conflict resolved with their shipping company. They are not caring about the customer satisfaction at all. Never buy from them again.

Really awesome service. Enthusiastic, honest and engaged employees. They put my shoes on hold for me for an extra day since I couldn’t make it on time. Very impressed.

The service was amazing, we had Jordan help us with absolutely everything we needed and we ended up getting multiple pairs of shoes.

Returned some shoes and was offered with some attitude and eye rolls from a female senior staff who I guess wasn’t happy with the fact that I came to return shoes I bought online. Too bad. Bad energy and I will not be re-buying at your store…

I just got some docs from here and I believe hee name is Sabeena(I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong :( ) she was such a sweetheart and made sure I had whatever I needed! I love staff that just makes you feel so welcome and happy!
