I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my medical needs and mobility. Anytime I need something looked at or taken care of for my scooter( my life line) Barb is right there to help me get it sorted!

I have needed a few things lately and the service has been the best I ever had. Donna took care of my ankle braces and bath chair needs. Terry got me all set up to replace my scooter batteries. Kevin was very friendly and did a great job installing the batteries.Great service by all. Thank you.

The staff was incredibly friendly ans helpful today. Went to Shoppers but they need 2-3 days to get walkers from their suppliers (don’t stock on site) which didn’t work for me. I reached out to Durham Medical and they had some on site and quickly took information over the phone to set up an account. In the 10 mins it took to get there it was ready, process was less than 15 mins in and out, at a very competitive price. I hope not to need their services again but life happens and when it does Durham Medical will be the first folks I go to.

We spoke to Patricia who took our order for two grab bars to be installed in our apartment bath. Niman, the installer, arrived on time and, after consulting on the placement, the job was done in about 20 minutes. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Great service. We're very pleased and would recommend Durham Medical for this service.

Always have been wonderful to me. I have 1 question. Do they buy back gently used mobility scooters less than a year old they sold? For a real cheap price? I can't get a place to live and it will be stolen if I don't find it a home fast

Needed an air cast for a toddler, and I'd had no luck finding one. Went to Durham medical, and they had the exact cast that I needed when nowhere else could help. Great, friendly service, and reasonable prices.

My late father bought a stair lift used from Durham Medical. I need to have it removed and I was under the impression they wouldn't take a used unit back. I went and talked to Sean, the manager. We came to a good deal for my mom as we are moving. They are a fair organisation and I appreciated the service we are getting . My late father raved about how they treated him and if you need assists for seniors or challenged, this is a good place with good products.

Great experience at Durham Medical a few weeks back . I had gone to fill a prescription for a wrist brace. There was no wait to see someone (I did get there close to closing) and Julian was very helpful as I tried on a couple of braces to find the most suitable one. I was out of there in 15-20 minutes with my brace. Would definitely recommend- not just for great service, but they are a larger store and have many options/varieties to choose from.

I phoned the Oshawa location for a leg support cast. After speaking to the woman on the phone explaining that it was difficult for me to get there, she gave me the price and I agreed that it was the same price as on line for the same product. When I got there 30 mins. later, she insisted that she gave me a different price and increased it by $30 plus tax.Be careful with these guys.They have no shame.Justin Van Dyk

I called DM inquiring about minor assistance for my mother and Angie went above and beyond within seconds. The place upon pick up was spotless, welcoming and most importantly so friendly. I highly recommend going here. Thank you for being such a kind person and representing DM proud. Thanks again.
