Their rental is very pricy comparing to much better places even in Downtown, Vancouver. There are a lot of other great places you can rent with better space and more facilities. Although there is a front desk, the receptionists are very irresponsible. Not very polite and not responsive. They don’t even deliver your important mails, nor do they inform you about them. The only thing that they care is just ripping you off.

I was curious about a coworking space for my company and found the thee sales member that called me very short and felt like a rapid speaking telemarketer and wouldn’t put me in touch with someone locally. He was in the states. Pretty sad that it was such a conflict since I was excited about considering this location.

Great services while you have an active lease. Be aware that once you leave, they will not return your deposit. I moved out of this location at the end of July 2020 and I have not received my deposit yet. I was ignored by the entire Regus team until I escalated the situation. And even after escalating the issue, they have done nothing. They will not connect me with a supervisor nor will they return my deposit. I had planned on moving back to this location and was in the process of selecting an office. But after seeing how unprofessional this place is, I am definitely not moving back.

On Friday I went on the Regus website for the Port Moody location. I completed their contact us form with my name, phone number and email. I wanted some information on pricing for office space in Port Moody. Within 48 hours I had received 14 phone calls (from international locations - not one of them from a local area code). And 6 emails from 6 different people - not one of them answered the pricing question. After the first 6 calls I asked them to stop calling or contacting me. But the calls and emails have continued. I've tried to 'unsubscribe' (I never subscribed - I asked for information on costs) but to continue to get emails. Any company that is so completely over the top in contacting me - not listening to me - and harassing me with a bombardment of calls and emails will NEVER get my business. My next stop will be to Canada's spam reporting center because these people should stopped. Unbelievable.

Regus will not listen or respond to any inquiries and they will take your money and never return the deposit after months and months, no reply, no contact the whole company is scam taking your money and never return! they will hold your money for no reason and never offer explanation!

I wish there was a lower rating, but hopefully it will serve as a warning for all future tenants requiring high speed internet. The speed is abysmal and what they forget to mention is the fact that their dedicated a-la-carte speed pricing is to say the least predatory. We have been waiting for 3 months for an answer on the topic but finally we are giving up.

Excellent location, amenities. Very prompt response and Amy and the folks at the reception were very forthcoming and supportive.

BEWARE!!!, practically doubled my membership fee from $89/month to $160/month and locked me into a year long contract till August 2022, that “Auto Renewed” 3 months prior to the end of my current contract ending.$160/month for mail pick up only.This dramatic price increase against a small business during COVID is predatory and shameful.

Just had a meeting here. Amazing space with friendly admin and a nice buzz in the common area. The layout is insane and prices seem quite high for very small offices but generally a great way to start up or get your office out of the home. The elevators suck however - if you need to explain how to use something, it’s a failure.

I went online and completed a form on their website to get some more inormation and pricing. This was a big mistake!! They don't stop calling me from different locations like Texas, California, etc, etc. They leave voice mails and constantly calling me. Everytime I get a call from Regus I block the number but they keep calling from different telephone numbers.I have not been to their offices yet, they might be very nice, I still want to check them out as I have heard good comments, but my first experience dealing with them has been terrible. DO NOT share your information with them online unless you want to be bombarded with phone calls and emails. Instead, go and ask for information directly to their office.
