The minute I called Echo Valley Motors, I knew that I was being treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. We were looking for a new vehicle quick as our current vehicle was totalled and not only was the service AMAZING, Echo Valley made sure that we were able to offer support and advice. When it came to accommodations, every corner we rounded the dealership wanted to make things work for us when it came to test driving outside business hours, financing options and helping us get our truck all the protection it needed! We are so grateful for the Echo Valley family and we know we will be back in the future!

My husband had a specific vehicle in mind and we found it at Echo Valley Motors. At first we where hesitant because it was over 3 hours away and we have never dealt with them before. I called Justin and he was more than happy to give me the history of the vehicle and why it had been traded in. Justin's easy going personality made me trust his word. We got a loan and low and behold our loan officer had recently purchased a vehicle from Justin too and had nothing but good things to say about him and the service. Justin made arrangements for someone to meet us halfway with the vehicle to do the exchange so we didn't have to drive the 3 hours. It was an easy and fluid exchange and the vehicle surpassed my husbands expectations! We were so impressed with Justin's honest ability to accommodate us at any time that we referred our daughter. She traded in her vehicle and had the same great experience. We will not hesitate to purchase or refer friends to Echo Valley Motors as you just can't get that level of great service in the big cities!

Eric was great to deal with during my recent purchase. Very knowledgeable. He looked at any avenue that would/could save me some money and never tried to push the sale. Jason was great to work with when it came time to pay. Getting everything finalized was a breeze. Any staff I met at the dealership were very pleasant.I wouldn't hesitate to work with Eric and this dealership on any future purchase I may make.

Excellent customer service despite the fact that I drive a Ford! Fast, friendly, efficient help that got me back on the road really quickly when one of the tires was going flat. Joey should get a raise just for being such a nice guy!

Great service I let them do all my work on my truck and wife's vehicle they do good work very nice and professional experience would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for getting work done on there vehicles and the prices are very good.I priced out an oil change on both my truck and my wife's car at some of those quick lube places in Regina and compared it to these guys. These guys came in at $20-30 cheaper and I didn't have to waste gas to get there.

Justin come into the store on Thanksgiving Sunday, as we were close for a family supper, to let us test drive the vehicle and finalize the sale. He took time from his own family obligations to get us on the road and in a beautiful truck that we love.
