I will never ever go back to this business. I have waited upto 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment several times, but the ONE time I'm a few minutes late they won't help me. They have awful time management, I've never showen up to so many appointments and been made to wait every time.

No prep work done around my nails or on my cuticles so I have borderline acceptable nails, that are crusty on all the edges now… for prom. I would have much rather seen Kenny as I had booked my appointment through her instagram. I will not be returning. Update: Polish started peeling on day 2.

Went with friends to have a pedicure and at the last minute one of our friends couldn’t make it so I booked her spot for a manicure. I’m from the lower mainland and I haven’t had this nice of a mani/pedi in quite some time, if ever. Other salons leave too much gel on which makes them look bumpy and my nails start to lift on the edges fairly quickly (less than a week) due to poor prep and poor application Missy nails has done an amazing job. I’m a week in already and no lifting and my nails still look great! Thanks for the great nails! Next time I’m in town I’ll be back!

I love the atmosphere in this salon. It features large windows, and a nice breeze comes in on a beautiful day. When not busy doing nails, the staff is always busy cleaning something. The staff are all very warm and welcoming. It isn't as busy as other places, so the vibe is more relaxing and low key. They are incredibly accommodating. The nails I have had done here lasted much longer than nails I have gotten at other places.Lee, the Owner, is also the absolute sweetest person you could ever meet.

What a fantastic experience! The owner, Lee, fit me in last minute for a full set of nails. She was so kind and caring for how busy it was in her salon. She is creative and knows what she's doing!A great new addition to the businesses of SmartCentres. I will be back. :)
