It is no surprise to me that this company has a lot of negative reviews and it is a very bad sign when the company only responds to the very few positive comments put up online, without ever addressing the negative ones. They don't call you back or follow up on your requests. I sent emails and was told that I would be getting a call back on one occasion. I sent my measurements in, they told me to get a second measurement just to be sure that everything was done accurately. I then sent an email asking them if this meant that the delivery deadline would be pushed back. No one responded to the email or called me back. We sent our new measurement in, waited for an email and received nothing. I then had to call them to follow up only to find out that they cannot do it on the deadline. Instead of being honest and letting me know that I wasn't a priority, they pushed my emails to the side and didn't think that I would follow up. No matter how busy any business becomes, treating people with respect by being honest and forthcoming is priority. Proper and honest customer service is priority.

Probably the worst company I made business with. It took them several month to finish a job which was supposed to be done in just few weeks. they had to comeback several time because they didn't take the good measures. The final quality was not good. But the price was good.Finally got the invoice 1.5 years after the job :) Terrible

Terrible service. Lost a day of work waiting around for a technician to show up. Made an appointment Friday, for the following Tuesday morning. Technician never showed up, called twice, no follow up. After hours of trying to call, text and email, the company finally provided me with information that I could have figured out myself. Absolutely no consideration for clients. So disappointing.

bought my glass ramps with Charlebois. First of all, the workers installed everything so poorly, everything was shaking and not properly drilled in. Once I asked them to drill more screws so everything can be stronger, the workers started giving me attitude and talking of me in low voices insulting me! Glass pieces were badly cut several times and the project dragged over months. The workers were complaining the whole time, they clearly hate their job and you can see it in their work! I would definitely not recommend this company!

Worst ever glass company I ever dealt with. Sub-par work. Takes forever to get reponces. They never come back to correct their errors. Promise you things they can't deliver. Very bad customer service! I should know about glass companies...I'm an architect.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They did a terrible job of installing our shower doors. We spent 20 000$ to have them frame all of the showers in our home. We have had problems with leaks ever since. When I called to ask them to come and repair the issue, I was told they would be coming the following week and given an appointment. 4 times, they didn’t bother to show up, not even having the decency to call and advise us they would not make it. When I was up in arms on the 4th time, the owner yelled at me on the phone that if I didn’t like it, I was free to call someone else to do the repairs. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I hope they go bankrupt soon. They deserve to.

I have never in 55 years given a bad review , but I had tooEvery bad review I read about this company is true, I say that not because what I read was Unacceptable business practices but were all the exact things that happened to me while dealing with this company. Bad Attitude, bad service, no curtesy phone calls, and work never completed after 7 weeks past the due date and 6 calls placed.DONT USE THEM.I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE THEY RUIN ANYONE ELSES WORK SCHEDULE!!!!I wish I was able to not rate them at all… and not even give a one star ⭐️

I only had a small custom mirror made. It took over 10 days, which was long but not that bad when I compare with other's stories. The price was good. However their customer service is abysmal! They barked at me did we call you??" as a hello and when I said yes

Just had a glass shower installed. Quick, efficient and high quality service. Filled in the online form on their website (in French). Promptly received a quote that was 30% better than a competitor. Technician came within 2 days to measure up and then to install the following week. Total turnaround less than 10 days and cost exactly as quoted. We also used them for another shower enclosure 10 years ago. Very happy with their workmanship.
